The location is on a working farm, so expect farm noises, we picked it as we were away with two 5 year old grandchildren and it worked really well, plenty of animals to see. The property is well presented and has everything you need, there was milk and fresh farm eggs left available to us on arrival, along with a large selection of Tea, Coffee and hot chocolate sachets.
There was nothing we didn't like with the property, however, possibly a bit more thought needs to be applied to the outside area at the front of the cottage to make it more user friendly.

Was in a very peaceful area.it was wonderful watching the ducks do their walks of honour every day, waddling in a queue. The hosts wore me out seeing them none stop working all day long. Moving the cows, moving the sheep with the help of the dogs. It really was lovely. The little extras left in the cottage, milk, eggs, mints, different teas, coffee and chocolate along with biscuits. Thank you.
Can’t say there was, you were on a working farm.

The property was clean and fresh milk/eggs left for us which was a nice touch. Friendly and welcoming owners..
The property was very very cold despite the heating being on non-stop, unfortunately the radiators wouldn't get anything more than lukewarm - this is obviously a known issue as there was a portable heater and got water bottles, but still a very cold property.
