It was close to SAN Gimignano and the view was amazing. Francesca the host was incredible making us feel so welcome. She was so helpful with everything.

We were very happy staying here. Our host, Francesca, is the most delightful person you want to meet. She is a great ambassador for Italy and especially San Gimignano. Many recommendations were provided for us. The room had everything you need. Breakfast was very good. Her father who lives on the property is a wonderful man. He gave us a ride into town when we needed it. It is a 10-15 minute walk all uphill into town. The walk is very doable, but the ride was welcomed.

We loved everything. Francesca is a fantastic hostess. So many wonderful recommendations and a lovely evening spent chatting to her about Italy, and biking routes in the area.
Breakfast is decadent and a delight.
We will return the first opportunity we get.
