All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens are very well equipped and modern. For cozy gatherings, the villa also contains a wine cellar. Outside you will find a large swimming pool with a spacious terrace, tennis court and a barbecue terrace. The fenced property also offers plenty of privacy. With the house owner you can organize an excursion on a luxurious boat. They can organize for you a catering typical for the region, prepared by a professional chef. The owner can also sell you exquisite wines from his collection. We can also recommend you excursions where you can explore the Bay of Kotor and the beautiful coastline. Visit the towns of Herceg Novi and Kotor.
