The small house was lovely, very comfortable and pleasant to be inside and outside and has everything you need. The pool was spectacular and, above all, heated, and the outdoor area was also very well-kept and lovely. Breakfast is à la carte and very well served in the resort's restaurant. In addition, the restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and the food is exceptional, as is the view of the sea and the sunset. It's no wonder that many locals go there to eat. The resort is located on a large farm with pigs, cows, sheep, deer, chickens... so, much of what is cooked and/or served in the restaurant comes from there. They will show you the property if you want. All staff were super friendly and attentive.

Access to the resort. From the main road, we still have to travel at least 20 minutes or more on roads where only one car fits and most of the time there is no visibility. During our stay, as we went out every day to visit other places, the journey to and from was what we liked least.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, wiele potraw robione z własnych, lokalnych produktów. Polecam spróbować lodów. Obsługa zarówno willi jak i restauracji bardzo pomocna, uprzejma i kompetentna, szczególnie pani Valentina. W willi dostępne jest wszystko co potrzebne. Duża dbałość o czystość na calej farmie, zwierzęta zadbane. Jest tu przestrzeń na spokojny wypoczynek, spacery i podziwianie pięknego zachodu słońca oraz wieczorne celebrowanie jedzenia w restauracji.

Everything was great, the villa with the private pool, the restaurant with locally sourced ingredients, and the incredible customer service with a special shout out to Valentina who helped with everything from dinner reservations to providing a guided tour of the property. The resort is quite new and the standard is very high. They cleaned our villa everyday with fresh towels, bottled water and coffee. A/C in every room and great wi-fi. The kids had a blast hanging around the farm property and using the pool. It felt very private. Our stay was truly amazing. Great location as well as we could easily visit both Budva and Tivat, a short 30min drive away, for an afternoon or dinner.
