Very quiet property in a beautiful setting. Lovely village surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Nice room with big TV, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer. Friendly couple who own it. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking spaces within property grounds.

Pleasant hosts
The bathroom was in the corridor, not within the room , the bed was a tight double bed, a small room and uncomfortable pillows and mattress. If I was aware of all this I would not have come. We were called by the hosts to see at what time we were arriving, as they may not be around. It didn't feel professional. Also, we ask the host lady about the things that we could do around Eyam, and she simply said "there are loads of things to do" and suggested to visit a hall and read the leaflets in the entrance. If the same lady is calling me to see when exactly I am arriving I would have expected more.
