- Well supplied with anything you might need for a multi day stay (in the kitchen and bathrooms).
- Nice solid wood furniture and art on the walls - it seems as though the owner/host cared about making it look nice
- Clean and spacious.
- Great view from the balcony!
- Just overall nice atmosphere, it was pleasant being in the house.
- The pipes made a decent amount of noise when flushing the toilet/taking a shower but it wasn't too bad. Obviously that's a problem with the house which is not addressable by the owner. It wouldn't stop me from booking this place again though!

Very clean and well-equipped.
Host was not very responsive via text message, but we realized afterwards he was reachable via the Booking.com site. There was no smart TV in the living room, so no possibility to watch movies or stream from the TV in the shared living area, which would have been nice.
