Amenities were great, location right in this small cozy community and it had everything you would need.

Chalet was very well equipped and very comfortable. Everything worked well and was easy to find everything.
Chalet number (#10) was not visible from the street. Pricing was strange, ie advertised at $145 a night but the small print said "plus $150 for extras including $130 for cleaning". This is misleading so chalet was really almost $300 per night.

Location with o ram view was very nice.
The only thing we couldn't find was the tea pot.

Well equipped for self catering, lovely cosy cabin.
We couldn’t find a colander to drain pasta, but only a small minor! Lovely spot to stay a few days. Our only major negative was the lack of a well stocked grocery store nearby.

Really great place to stay in Port Renfrew, the chalet had everything you needed and a great view from the balcony. Very quiet area which really felt like you were staying in the middle of nowhere!
We had a power cut for a few hours in the evening which meant we couldn’t cook what we had planned and had to light some candles but wasn’t too bad.

The cabin was perfect for two of us .
The location was great , cabin and property were clean and was quiet.
We were very happy and wanted for nothing.

The place was clean. It is a lovely cabin with a view in a peaceful, though crowded (with other cabins) vacation development.
There was a problem with the electricity and the owner let us know half the lights in the kitchen would not work. No offer of bringing extra lights to help in the meantime. When we got there, the main light in the adjacent living room was also out. We messaged requesting help and she never got back to us. We tried calling twice and she never got back to us.
The place was over twice as expensive as a beautiful b&b we stayed in the previous night (also through booking.com).
I think this place is overpriced and the owner needs to communicate.
Plus it would have been nice if she gave a list of local grocery and businesses. The place is remote and that would have helped.

The way the cabin was situated, it felt very private. There was a pub close by that had really good food and a market just up the road for basics. We were super close to the beach we wanted to visit the next day. On our way back from the beach, we stopped at a coffee hut/wagon so essentially, all our t's were crossed. We only stayed one night so didn't have much use for kitchenware or other items. The cabin is super cute, small, but cute.
If I had to pick something, it would be the sofa. I had to do some work on my laptop so I sat on the sofa for a while and it really isn't that comfortable. I kept having to shift around to find a good way to sit. But seriously, not horrible or anything.

This was our 2nd stay at this cabin. We brought our two large breed dogs- so it was cozy, but the perfect little weekend getaway. The cabin is not large, so I wouldn't recommend more than two adults, but it's got everything you need, a beautiful view, and walkable location to Tomi's to grab a delicious breakfast, or lunch! We'll stay again for sure!
It was wonderful- I think pillows are subjective, but my only complaint is the pillows are flat pretty bad at doing their job (a bit lacklustre). If you are a pillow snob, bring your own. Bed was comfy though!

Location was excellent. Chalet had everything we needed.
It was unfortunate but the walkway to the water was boarded so we couldn’t go down to the water.

Maybe no access to water front

Great place to stay. Use the barbecue, fire pit and propane fireplace. Spent as much time as possible outside but the cottage was comfortable and clean and beds comfortable. I would go back.

Beautiful view of the lake, but there is no lake access. Yhe stairs down to the lake are blocked of- probably need work.
Cleanliness was a factor. Hotdog rappers by the grill from the previous users I assume. Sheets for the pull out couch had a dead worm in one. Little detergent to wash it with. Kitchen was clean, chair was comfortable.

We stayed in the sea view chalet, which gave us a really special 2 days. The chalet was very well equipped and cosy, and we loved the coffee beans! Exploring the wild coast was a highlight and the helpful host

Well stocked, clean, beautiful location. Just bring your clothes and food.
Small parking space. This is the most I've ever paid for one nights accommodation.

Furnishings a bit dated., uninspired. Functional but not very aesthetic.

Great view and cozy bed!
The power went out for quite a while one night and we could have used a lantern or a larger flashlight, as well as some more substantial candles.

Stunning location, beautifully appointed cottage. We loved everything but the arrival experience.
Retrieving the door code requires access to wifi, because there is no cell service. There were wifi details taped to the door, but they were wrong. There is no reception/welcome facility of any kind, so we ended up having to knock on neighbour's doors until we found someone who was in and able to let us use their wifi.

the owner/manager did not let me know how to access the unit. I left an email request, another through booking.com and another by a phone messages (thanks to the local pub for letting us use their phone) trying to get instructions and got no response. We spent about 30 minutes looking under rocks and around the property for a clue on how to enter. It was sheer luck that one of us guessed the door code. Once we got in it was good. Bad that over 3 days the owner did not respond to any massages. Based on that alone I would not book here again.

Easy check in, Clare was great to deal with as we were experiencing an unusual weather event for the west coast.
A couple of things were broken, like the bathroom fan, and the latch for the top of the electric kettle, but there was a stovetop kettle available for use also.

Quaint little community of cabin-like houses that are a mix of rentals and vacation homes. The property was mostly clean on arrival (garbage had been left behind confusing us on who was supposed to dispose of this-it’s the cleaning crew btw) and just big enough for 2 of us (I would think anymore than that and it would be a tight squeeze, and we’d been camping in our van for a week beforehand). Good Wi-Fi. We had a >12hr power outage (weird in the fall!) and found the portable cooking stove, grill and propane outdoor fire pit very helpful but only had one flashlight between the 2 of us (again, we had been camping so actually had all of the things we’d need but this would have been frustrating for someone without the extra gear). The host was easy to contact and very customer friendly regarding the power outage and garbage left behind (all of which we had to do after we left due to no cell service or working Wi-Fi while we were there).
The house’s kitchen wasn’t stocked well for guests (only salt for basic cooking) and no candles for when the power went out (both of these the owner said she would be fixing). The house instructions were on sentence each (I appreciate the efficiency!) but a little confusing. We found the viewing platform in the neighborhood but only by accident! It’s in the SW corner and you feel like you’re walking into someone’s property!

The layout outside offered privacy and the kitchen was equipped well enough that we had no trouble making a thanksgiving feast.
Access to the water via stairs was promised but we couldn't find them anywhere!
