Stuff, cleanliness, comfortable furniture, view:)
RAC wasn’t working properly - it was very cold at night in the room - even though heater was turned on the whole night. Please, add some more heating system.

The place is nice and cosy. The room was cold, which is exactly what was needed coming from Tbilisi's hot weather. The place has most of the basic stuff for cooking. We liked this nice and cosy place. Great place to stay on a budget. The view from window is good. Terrace view is great as well.
The location is tricky to reach, so without a car it could be uncomfortable getting in and out because the place is located at an uphill.
