The location. Walking distance from the park & train station
An extremely run down building (slums?), OK old apartment. Minimalistic & functional, other than sewege smell in shower room. I don't understand why the owner exaggerated and didn't disclose reality. The description is very selective and far from representing reality!  Claiming mountain views while you actually watch other buildings with a bit of a mountain far behind.

Прекрасное расположение квартиры, были в Боржоми в первый раз и ориентировались на близость к парку. Попадание на 100%, дом стоит вроде как на главной улице, но подальше от дороги, шума не было слышно, в 5 минутах ходьбы были магазины, набережная по которой гулять можно бесконечно, ну и сам парк в пешей доступности, прогулочный шагом идти 10-15 минут. Сама квартира небольшая, уютная, есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного проживания на несколько дней. Прекрасный балкон, и из-за расположения квартиры, на балконе всегда тень от сосен, там нет жары. Рекомендую!
