öncelikle otel sahibi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Bizim oraya gelişimiz için minivan konusuda yardımcı oldu işimiz kolaylaştı. ayrıca herhangi bir sıkıntı olduğunda mesajla çok kısa sürede cevap vererek yardımcı oldu. Yabancı olduğumuz bir yerde işimizi kolaylaştırmış oldu. oda içerisinde çamasır makinesi vs kullanımı kolaydı. kayak alanlarına, yürüme mesafesinde. hemen altında kafe ve market var. ihtiyaçlarınızı kolaylıkla giderebilirsiniz. kayak malzemesi kiralama alanları da yakın. konumu iyiydi.
En zor olan şey içeride asansör yok. Ağır bavulları kız kıza 3 kat yukarı merdivende taşıması çok zordu. chekin yaptığımız görevliden yardım istediğimizde kabul etmedi. ingilizce bilmiyordu. anlaşmak zor oldu güler yüzlü değildi. Bölgede sürekli su kesintisi oluyormuş (kaldığımız apartla ilgili değil). bu tatili biraz zorlaştırdı. aparta geldiğimizde nevresim takımları daha önce kullanılmamış yeni ürünlerdi. yine de yıkanmış olsaydı daha iyi olurdu fabrika kokusu vardı üstünde. ayrıca çıkış yaparken gelen bir diğer görevli de yine ingilizceyi tam bilmiyordu. kendisine suların kesik olduğu için bulaşıkları yıkayamadığımızı söylediğimizde surat astı. tüm bunlara rağmen apartın asıl sahibi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. her konuda telefonda destek oldu.
