Mtis Kheoba Apartment

The room was clean, spacious enough and provided with all the necessary and advertised amenities. The view from the 9th floor was spectacular, and that's the best part of it all. The check-in process with the host has been smooth.

We've read some reviews despising the building where the apartment is located in, but honestly its roughness for us was part of the experience in and of itself. The big and empty entrance, the slightly creepy look and sound of the elevator, made us feel like we were in an amusement park. To top it all, the neighbors were helpful and supernice, especially one little girl that kept greeting us with her smile and playfulness any time we showed up. :) Just remember to keep 0.1 (0.2 works too) GEL with you for the elevator.

Wonderful apartment! Although the building's interior was initially intimidating, as it was a former sanatorium, once we entered the apartment, our fears disappeared. The view was gorgeous, and everything was spotless.

Старый подъезд, вечером даже не решилась спускаться. НО к этому привыкаешь и наоборот чувствуешь себя как местный житель. Соседи доброжелательные. Захватите по 10 копеек на лифт, иначе пешком или с добрыми соседями ))

Great view and a decent room.

The building itself looks and feels abandoned. If you are going to stay prepeare 0.10 Lari coins for the elevator, you wont want to take the stairs.
