Parkside Apartment

The location is wonderful! The hosts are thoughtful and genuine people. They have thought of the little things that make a difference in making your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! And someone mentioned in a different review about there not being hot water, you have to turn it the opposite way in the shower. I have a husband who does our home repairs and it’s like this in one of our bathrooms so it was easy to figure out. Definitely has hot water! Maybe they can buy red and blue stickers and change them so it’s easier for some people.

They are in the middle of construction on the building next door and that creates a little bit of chaos to the parking situation. But in this part of the city you are blessed to have parking at all. When the construction is completed it will definitely be a 10!

Nem közöltèk elöre, hogy az egèsz egy èpítkezès alatt van, mivel nagy volumenü volt, nyilván nem aznap derült ki, mint ahogyan az èrkezès napján kaptunk egy üzenetet, noha többször próbáltunk kommunikálni velük, így gyorsan engedtek 20 larit az árból. A tapèta jött lefelè több helyen, szemmel láthatóan ázott befelè, ill.a munka, mint olyan, hagyott maga után kètsèget, az ágyak mögött hatalmas por, s elhagyott alsónadrág hevert. A szoba maga, rendkívül kicsit kèt emberek, a többi helysèg rendben volt.

One of the most hospitable hosts we had during our two-week travel around Georgia. The flat is as described. Very central location but quiet and you can park in private yard. The shower has a proper separation from the rest of the bathroom and the floor stays dry (important in Georgia!). There are currently (Jun 25) municipal works going on in the host’s yard, of which the owner kindly warned us. But you can still park inside and there is no nuisance from the works.

Location is great. Very close to the park and there is a private parking slot.

The place is very humid. There is a lot of water on the windows in the morning. Also the place is very small. There is a foldable table, but if you set it up there is no space left.
