Отличное расположение. Всё в шаговой доступности. Лучше не бывает. Большая однокомнатная квартира, можно разместить человек 5 спокойно. Есть всё для проживания.

Чуть посветлее бы в ванной, на кухне и прихожей. Не хватало микроволновки.

A well-located, comfortable apartment in an older-style building with character. Tamaz is a very welcoming host; living nearby, he popped out and back in no time with a bottle of distinctive, enjoyable Georgian red. Excellent wifi. Full kitchen with a much wider range of equipment and utensils than in most rental properties. Easy-to-use and effective gas burners. Full fridge. Large older-style bathroom. Plentiful hot water. Comfortable main room, including chairs. Heating was perfect.

The apartment is just below ground level at the front entrance, with the high-ceilinged bedroom/main room at the rear predominantly subterranean. The only natural light is from a window set high in the wall: during the day it is somwhat creepy as it feels as if passersby can look into the property a bit like a goldfish bowl; at night, the window takes the full headlights of any vehicle approaching from the cross-street. On the second day of my stay there was considerable drilling and construction/renovation work from above, beginning at around 2pm and continuing well into the evening. Tamaz acknowledged my message re the noise, but it didn't stop. Given the old nature of the building, I felt that one or more workers and/or equipment were going to crash through into the kitchen at one stage. I was unable to comply with the instructions on checkout - 'to lock the front door and leave the keys inside the building' - as the keys are required to lock the door and there is no letterbox in the door through which to pass the keys after locking. Although I had little alternative, I felt uncomfortable about leaving the property unlocked and had to wait an hour or so after checkout to hear from Tamaz that all was ok.
