Clean. All amenities we needed. Close drive to the Ark encounter
The stairs are treaterous. I fell at the last day even being careful. I don't have trouble walking. They are noisy too. I would not recommend for elderly or people having trouble walking. Closet door in bunk bed room is off hinge. Light over sink is blinking.

It was very convenient to everywhere we were going. Lots of supplies where most places barely leave you anything. Although we didn't need much but nice to have if you do.
That you didn't have TV's in all bedrooms. I was able to work through that using my laptop.

Location. Clean
We were 4 people over 70. There was no way we could use bunk bed room. Pictures deceptive and on floor. Downstairs the couch that turned into a bed was hard as a rock. Also no mention of stairs to get in first floor. And that walk in shower was 8 steps down. So not a great fit for us.
