We had our family of 6 and this was perfect for us. Good sized rooms all around, very well equipped kitchen and beautiful back yard!! Close to convenience as well. Highly recommend!

It was clean and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to stretch out. Make sure to bring snack foods in, he leaves some out but very limited. There was a coffee machine and coffee for it. It is very close to the Ark. Overall, a very quaint place.

We loved the idea of being able to move around the house without running into each other and it being so close to the Ark Encounter. The kids could play in side without having to worry about being to loud and not worry about them because they were in our sight all the time the house was clean and well stocked. Mr. Peter was so very nice making sure that we had a great time

My party of 7 (5 Adults, 2 Teens) stayed here for The Ark Adventure. Perfect and better than a hotel. Main bedroom is Very cozy, the others are a little stiff, but the younger ones didn't notice. The community was friendly and quiet. The amenities provided were adequate for bathroom and kitchen and are good for doing laundry, cooking and grilling. We would definitely return. Oh, and the morning coffee with deer in the backyard almost seemed staged, . Cheers

We arrived around dinner time and Peter had already sent all needed info for a smooth check in. We planned to go to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. It was quick yo get on the highway for the nurse I’m and the Ark is only 5 minutes away. The house was perfect for our family of 8 with lots of room, plenty of beds and enough chairs for everyone to eat together at the table! If we have friends planning a trip, we will definitely recommend!

The place was very neat and clean. There was a good selection of coffee and snacks!!! The bath towels were lovely!! The TV was nice and we enjoyed playing the games that were there. One thing I would say is that there was no AC vent in one of the bedrooms or safety bars in the shower. We had our 97 year old father who couldn’t get a shower while we were there.

My family and I stayed one night. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Less than 10min from Ark encounter. Walmart is only 10min. drive. House was clean and kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cups and utensils. Kids were happy to see little welcome snacks. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Our family was so excited to visit the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Cincinnati Zoo, and Peter's home was the perfect location to stay for our anticipated road trip! The location was near our destinations and in a quiet neighborhood so that we were able to relax after many hours of touring each site. His home was very spacious for our large family of six. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the many welcoming amenities. We have recommended his home to our family and friends, and plan to return for another family adventure!

Our family of 8 stayed here for a few days to go to the Ark and creation museum. Its a quick 5 minute drive to the ark. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable updated home. Huge back yard for the kids to run around. Large screen tv in the living room and bedroom. We've stayed in a lot of vrbo homes through the years- this one might be the most well stocked- plenty of dishes, cooking spices and oil, k cups and variety of sweeteners, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, trash bags. It had everything we needed! Even a hospitality basket of snacks in the kitchen! The host was great about communicating check in, check out, wifi password etc.

Peter’s home is the best rental we have stayed in. It is exceptionally clean and located in a safe little neighborhood. The home had everything we needed including children’s dinnerware and games! We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard including deer and many varieties of birds. We will be recommending this rental to everyone traveling to the area.

This was great! My family had a wedding at The View which was only 9 minutes away. I ran the neighborhood and it was awesome! Really cute, felt very safe, and the house was even better in person. Peter was also so helpful during the stay!
