We had a mostly good experience at this property. There were a lot of extra amenities provided like kleenex, spices, cooking oil, typical junk drawer items (sewing kit was helpful for a new stuffy that got a hole in it), etc. The beds were comfortable. The washer/dryer were nice. Our kids loved the game room and the bunk beds. We were disappointed with the play area outside. It seemed really unsafe for our kids to swing on and there were a lot of wasps, so the kids were upset we wouldn't allow them to play out there. The upstairs vent a/c units weren't super straight forward to use and it was hard to regulate the temperature up there.

The view is nice and its close to Williamstown and the Ark.Just some things to take note of-- I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for large groups of adults, especially older adults. There are lots of steps. The living room, which is very comfortable, is in the basement.The bunk room is just that--a room with 2 bunk beds, which have bunkbed mattresses. There is no closet or dresser, so you'll have to share with the bedroom across the hall.

Our stay was wonderful. It is conveniently located to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. After touring both attractions we enjoyed relaxing at the house...sitting outside with our children and grandchildren just talking and laughing. Also enjoyed the quiet country setting and coffee outside in the morning.

We loved the home and the downstairs game room. The fire pit area was nice but the swing set wasn’t usable and the neighbors dogs were a little alarming. Otherwise, it’s just as pictured! We had a great stay.

This property was clean, spacious and beautiful. They were seven of us and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the game room. The owners really made sure we were not in need of anything. From the coffee and tea selection to the well-stocked kitchen. We loved being able to barbecue and at night use the beautiful gas fire pit.

Such a cute house! Lovely yard and view. It is 4 minutes from the Ark Encounter and way better than a hotel! Great kitchen that's well equipped, laundry, and plenty of towels etc. The kids adored the bunk bed room, 6 beds. They had a hard time choosing which ones to sleep in! The game room made the vacation! After a long day at a museum, kids need to get energy out and have something just for them. They enjoyed it very much! Appreciated all the lovely books in the house from the Ark/ Creation Museum. It was the perfect place for our family of 4 plus 2 Grandparents.

This property is so nice and clean, as well as updated. We had more than enough room for our family. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything we needed, right down to a liner bag for the crock pot and coffee/tea for the selection of coffee makers. The owners have gone out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the grandkids loved the bunk room. We had a lot of fun playing games in the game room! We took home many wonderful memories of our time here.

Absolutely excellent. Host was very responsive and helpful. Had a couple minor issues (shower rod misbehaving and deadbolt batteries died) & the property manager was on it immediately. Super clean home. Basement TV room and separate game room were both hits. Coffee was greatly appreciated! If you are seeing the Ark Encounter, this is a great location. Enjoyed seeing fireflies off the backside of the home. Made smores and used the fire pit. One little thing that could be improved was that the upstairs rooms, particularly the bunk room, get hot. We left a box fan to maybe help with that. Found it was helpful to turn the thermostat down a couple hours before bedtime. Overall a wonderful place to get to stay! Thank you!!!

The home was set up very nicely. There's a family room and game room at the bottom level and bedrooms/living rooms in the floor and top level. Our family and friends were very happy with the stay. Best of all, it's just 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter!

We stayed here while visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation museum. It was very clean and outside of the upstairs bedrooms being hot, it exceeded our expectations. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the property had everything we needed. We will stay here again just maybe not when it’s 100 degrees outside and family is staying upstairs. It would be perfect for two people as the main floor was perfect temperature. Regardless we were happy with our stay. Clean, clean, clean!

Back yard looked bigger in pics but we absolutely loved our time there. House is adorable. Kids loved the bunk beds, game room and outdoor play set. The house is close to road with fast trucks going by occasionally. Just need to make sure kids are aware. Great outdoor space on deck and patio. We would come again! Very close to the Ark. Private location and very nice neighbors next door.
