This single-story home offers plenty of space for the whole family, plus free parking and easy access to the Ark Encounter! Part of a larger 6BR home, this 4BR option allows you to enjoy the same living space but only pay for the bedrooms you need! Enjoy close proximity to Route 75 and downtown Williamstown, and less than 2 miles to the Ark Encounter, located on the same exit! Only 35 minutes to the Cincinnati Airport!
The Space:
With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep 11 guests. There are 2 bedrooms featuring queen beds and a smart TV. Another bedroom features another queen bed, along with a twin bed. And the final bedroom features a queen and a full bed! A pack and play is also available to make packing a little lighter!
Included in your stay is cable and wifi, along with five total smart TV's that can access any apps of your choosing such as Prime, Netflix, and HBO. You are welcomed to use your own login for these apps.
There is a large laundry room in this home that you can use at your disposal. There are two washers and two dryers, both large, to make this a great stop during large trips or extended stays. This home also has a long porch with railings in the front of the home, and a large deck with more privacy in the back! The wrap-around driveway makes this home perfect for large groups with multiple vehicles. There is a large parking pad in the back of the home, to suit large groups and prevent blocking the driveway!
Accessibility to this home can be through either the front or back door. There is a key less lock on the front door, of which your own personal code will be provided prior to check in.
