The property is a great place to stay for our family of 7 adults. We didn’t cook on property as there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but we did take advantage of the coffee bar. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and created awesome memories at Rare 4 Bedroom Near Ark Encounter. The host responded to my messages quickly and check in and out was easy.

This was the perfect space for 10 of us to stay! Some highlights, the bath towels were probably the best towels we’ve ever seen at a vacation rental. I don’t really have any complaints… but if I could find a complaint of any kind, the programmable thermostat reset like ever two hours and it defaulted to warmer than we like… but it was a simple and easy fix and the house cooled off very quickly! Great communication and really nice place to stay! Thank you guys.

Clean and comfortable! Beautiful pictures taken by the owners. Everything we needed and additional items like coffee, creamer, tea and hot chocolate. Beds were so comfortable! We loved the proximity to the ark and restaurants.

Questions were answered quickly. Home was easy to locate and super convenient since right off I-75. We only had few days to stay. Close to everything we went to and didn’t have to go far down any streets to get to property. Clean and had everything we needed plus some extras. Even forgot something and they helped find it and will send it to me. Great stay, place, & owners. Would go there again if I’m ever in town.

The stay here was excellent, the house was set up very good. The location was good to be in the center of Cincinnati, Louisville, and Lexington. The location to the Ark Encounter was excellent. The amenities in the house were great. We felt that the presence of the Lord was in this location, truly a inspiration to your faith inthe Lord.

This home was an excellent choice for our family of 5 plus 5 other family members who joined us. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved that there was a tv in the kids room with plenty of movies and games to play. We would highly recommend this place to other families who are visiting the Ark and Creation museum!

We can recommend the “Roomy Ranch” to anyone…especially if they are visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is an ample supply of towels and washcloths. The hosts are quick to respond and the visit was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in this home during our trip to the Ark Encounter! Upon arrival, we all commented on how spacious it was and how clean and updated it was. We had a total of 10 people in our group, including two young children, and we had plenty of room. The home had everything that we would need - towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. The location was very convenient to the Ark, restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. It is close to the main highway so we used a white noise machine for our little one to drown out any road noise at night, but it didn't seem to bother him at all. The check-in and check-out process was easy to follow and the owners were in contact with us during the stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely stay here again ourselves. Thank you for sharing a wonderful, clean, and spacious home with us.

We flew into Cinn. and wanted to stop at the Ark, forty min. from Cinn. on our way to Pigeon Forge. This was a great stop over point, was comfortable and relaxing. We had breakfast at "The Bean" and dinner at "La Rosa's Pizza" much more than pizza and both very good. The Ark is very impressive and worth the visit, give yourself a day to enjoy it all We spent two nights. Went for a walk in the neighbor hood in the morning before our four hour drive to Dollywood. Thanks for letting us stay.

We stayed one week to visit local attractions. House was decent, a lot of supplies already there which was wonderful. We didnt have to worry about bringing extra supplies. Back bedrooms were freezing but did have space heaters in the closet. House was clean however had a sewerage smell the entire stay, progressively got worse especially in the laundry/bathroom.

We took our 1st trip to Kentucky to visit the Ark and Creation Museum and WOW! It was such a pleasure to stay at this residence. The hosts truly paid attention to all the needed details of the home and made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxed. We throughly enjoyed the abundance of sleeping accommodations, towels, linens and fully stocked kitchen. The home was CLEAN -but not so perfect that we felt uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked really well-which was a big relief for those in the party who were not accustomed to the 90 degree weather. We specifically selected this location due to the handicap accessibility-no stairs. So if you have anyone who prefers a 1 level location-this is for you!! Very easy to enter the home and get where you need to be. The location was perfect- 5 minutes to get to Walmart for any necessities and then a short 18 min drive to get to the Ark! We would 100% recommend.

We loved our stay! It was easily accessible with the key pad. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. We were immediately greeted with a homey and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was thought of from plenty of extra pillows and blankets to board games and cookware and a high chair was already out for us. The rooms were really well designed and the beds were all soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit area and the children lived playing in the yard and even found a little patch of black raspberries to snack from. The large dining table to spend quality time together as a family playing games and eating meals. Thank you so much for the lovely experience ! Our only cons were that we wish there had been firewood for our fire or a contact point of somewhere we could get some as we had a hard time finding it to make s'mores.

We are a group of friends who love adventure. We wanted to go to The Ark Encounter. We rented this home for the weekend. It was perfect. Comfortable beds. Nice coffee bar. Plenty of room for 7 ladies. Nice patio with a fire pit to spend the evening relaxing. Very close to The Ark. The kitchen was well stocked stocked. Plenty of towells and blankets. A great place to stay.
