Upon arrival, the house was very clean, spacious, nice dining area and living room. We loved that there were 3 full size bathrooms. There were enough beds for 12/13 people with 4 bedrooms BUT we hated the "dorm-like mattresses"--very thin, plastic covered. We had 6 adults and one child. The adults got extremely sweaty because of the plastic mattresses. We all hade to place our comforters over the mattresses to get decent sleep. Another warning is the train that is literally in the back yard. It runs about every 20 min and is very loud. Pot/pans also need updating. The non-stick surfaces are scratched off which is dangerous. Other than those things, good stay.

Could have used another set of bath towels for each bathroom. Would have been nice to know about the very active train track by the house. It would have been nice to have extra blankets for the beds. The house was very nice and clean. It was comfortable for 6 adults.
