Great stay for the value, would definitely come back!

Plenty of room for all of us, nice home.

There aren't any lamps in the home. The lighting is all or nothing. Lamps on the night stands and end tables would be super helpful and convenient when you don't want or need that much light. I think the upstairs shower may be leaking. The couple staying directly below in the downstairs master bedroom said while the upstairs shower was on they could hear dripping above their heads like it was hitting the ceiling. I just used the downstairs shower for the remainder of the stay in case something is going on.

The house was very accessible to where we were going.

The fact that the house had ants and we were not comfortable using the kitchen. The owner did come out and took care of the problem, and were thankful for that.

Exceptionally Clean and Comfortable

The location was very close to the Ark Encounter and about 40 minutes from the Creation Museum. The home was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with the usual cooking utensils. The appliances were new and in good condition. The home was in a nice neighborhood with very little traffic.

Williamstown is a small town and while many aspects of that are very appealing, there aren't a lot of dining options nearby, (other than fast food). There are a few more choices in Dry Ridge which is less than 10 minutes away, but we found the choices very limited on a Sunday night. If you have a large group staying in the house, be aware they only provide a limited amount of toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags. Apparently, this is a normal procedure for rental properties, but we weren't aware of this and were running low after two nights. This isn't a deal-breaker, but just wanted to make others aware. Also, there are active train tracks very near by and some of our friends found the occasional noise bothersome.

Was very clean and everything we needed for a short vacation to the Ark Encounter and Reds game

This house was very nice. It was very clean, newly remodeled and modernized with all new beds, linens, furniture, appliances, windows, doors, roof, deck, and plumbing fixtures, it also had plenty of room and was as described and shown in photos.
