We had everything we needed The snacks provided for the children was a much appreciated bonus. The house had every amenity we needed with plenty of room for the kids. Location was great. And thank you for the Keurig coffee products for the adults. The facilities were very clean and washers and dryers were an added bonus. Thank you Peter for a great time in Kentucky.

The house was great and just as described. Location was wonderful . Close to the Ark Encounter. The only thing we had a problem with is you couldn’t adjust the air and it stay at the temperature we wanted. It was preset to go back up and we were warm in the house.

House was clean and comfortable. No problems during our stay. I liked the bedroom in the basement with its own bathroom. It was closed off from a playroom with a door that allowed privacy. The TV in the family room was large. I also appreciated snacks left by the host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This property was a very convenient location for our visit to the Ark Encounter. Overall it was pretty clean and in good condition. We appreciated having soaps, paper products and towels provided. Very nice to have two washers and dryers also! The property manager responded quickly each time I contacted him.

Very quiet location, close to the Main St area (which is going through something of a revitalization, so definitely check it out!The house has 2 driveways, which is nice, but one is quite steep. The other, on the left of the front door, is by a nice walkway that leads up to the backdoor as well.The interior was clean, and had just the right amount of furniture.Layout of the living is a bit awkward with the TV on the wall perpendicular to the couch because it's hard to watch a movie looking to your left all the time. We spent most of the night planning ways to rearrange the living room if "this was our place" :DKitchen was clean - no issues with the filtered water from the fridge either - no weird taste etc.Hallway is narrow though, so single lane traffic only - I had suggested to the host that they convert the door to the basement room/bathroom/game room to a barn door or pocket door. You can't get into the bathroom in the hallway if the basement door is open.Basement rooms were quite a surprise. The bedroom/extra bed with the very large spacious bathroom were spot on. The game room is loud though, because of the tiled floor and lack of furnishings to soak up the noise from the air hockey table (which is super fun BTW).The house is only about 10 mins from the Ark Encounter, and about 15mins from Rt 75 further up north (go visit Hansie Flip Burger in Williamstown and Beans on Rt75).

This was a great location for our family to stay. The only problem we encountered was the temperature in the basement. It was very cold due to the fact that the house only had one thermostat and it was on the main (upstairs) floor. We enquired about it, were told that there were space heaters in each room, but when we plugged more than one in, it tripped the breakers every time. It wasn't a problem that I wouldn't stay here again, but I probably wouldn't come in the winter. That was the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. We loved the house completely and would recommend it otherwise.

We had a great time and found this rental to be very convinient, especially having a full kitchen, compared to staying in a hotel. Peter was great! Perfect amount of communication before, during and after our trip. Easy access into the house. Cleanliness was top notch. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so cozy that you could literally make yourself at home. This will be a place that I suggest to any of my friends traveling through this area.

This was a well appointed, lovely property. It has everything provided you could possibly need or want. I will say if you have knee or back problems you need to be aware that the big master is down a steep flight of stairs or you drive around back and walk into the master. Nothing mentions that online that I can see. Plus with bad knees or back, the upstairs bathtub is very hard to get into. However, this property deserves a 5 in every aspect. Much cleaner than most we have stayed in. Peter was gracious and helpful. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this property.

Our Sunday School Class wanted to see the Ark Encounter. (There were 10 of us and all.) We were delighted to find a place that was only eight minutes away, with plenty of room for all of us. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Peter, the host, stayed in touch with us all the way. He was very accommodating and provided clear easy instructions for checking in and out.

Our family did a mini-vacation to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and stayed here. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and the house fit us perfectly! Plenty of room for playing games and sleeping! This was the perfect place to stay with our daughter and 4 grandkids. It was clean and well stocked with necessities, and close to the Ark Encounter. Plenty of beds, space to run around in the back, games and activities, etc. We just did not get to stay long enough! Hope to come back, and will plan to book this location when we do.

This location is perfect for a vacation, it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The Ark was 7 mins away, Creation Museum to the north about 43 mins away, about 35-45 mins away from horse venues towards Lexington, 1 hour away from Entertrainment Junction in Ohio, and many more places we could have gone too. The house itself it a lot of fun too. One of the days I stayed home just to play Pac Man and air hockey. The grill out back was also useful for meals as well. There are also plenty of beds for larger families.
