The house was just as described on a quiet street. The owner was great at communicating before the trip and very polite. The house was well equipped with all amenities and very clean. Awesome stay. Would highly recommend.

Great location near Ark Encounter. Easy to find. House was nice and clean. The kids loved the game room. Unfortunately, some tornadoes came through during the night but we felt completely safe in the basement area of the house where the game room/master suite is. Owner communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I will start with the positive, because there were good things about this rental. The proximity to the ARK was perfect! The living space was great…good bedding, lots of linens, fun gameroom, etc. Without going into every negative, this rental needs some TLC. I did contact the owner, and requested a refund for the second night, (which I did not get) because we had to leave early due of an ant infestation. There were several little things, not deal breakers, but they all added up to dissatisfaction. We have stayed in 5 star rentals, and this was NOT one of them.
