Ark Encounter 5 Min, 4BR Family Stay, Sleeps 12

Very nice and had everything we needed.

This was a spacious home away from home for my family and I. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided for in abundance! What i liked the most was the communication with the hosts. Whether it was human or AI, there was an incredible team/system that responded so quickly and who made the entire stay just as welcoming as it could be. There were books, games, and toys available for fun! A fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, dinnerware and even dishes for smaller children. There is plenty of room for your family to gather together and the price was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this unit to any other large party traveling in the area.

I didn't have any complaints. However, traveling with our three girls, (one adult, one teenager and one 6 years old) we had a range of family noise that quickly traveled to the units below. And unfortunately, we received a complaint on our first night. The host handled it well and professionally and hopefully we were not a disturbance to others beyond this one time. So, my only caution is to make sure your party can and will adhere to the quiet hours out of respect for other guests.

Loved everything. The size and layout was perfect. We really enjoyed the retreat.

Had nothing we didn’t like.

The property was spacious and comfortable for Our group of 9 + baby. Beds were comfortable, dinning table and chairs enough for all of us as well as the TV sitting area. The Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and nice fridge. 6 minutes to the Ark Encounter which was our reason for visiting Williamstown.

A few details which needed attention but so many pluses it didn’t take away from our stay. Their response was quick. Since there is a basement rented out also, keeping the little kids quiet was not easy.
