Arkstone Retreat 3

Loved everything. The size and layout was perfect. We really enjoyed the retreat.

Had nothing we didn’t like.

The property was spacious and comfortable for Our group of 9 + baby. Beds were comfortable, dinning table and chairs enough for all of us as well as the TV sitting area. The Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and nice fridge. 6 minutes to the Ark Encounter which was our reason for visiting Williamstown.

A few details which needed attention but so many pluses it didn’t take away from our stay. Their response was quick. Since there is a basement rented out also, keeping the little kids quiet was not easy.

The property fit two families perfect, great Location, Property had most everything we needed there! Owner was in contact to check on us multiple times.

We came to visit the Ark Encounter which is also located in Willamstown, KY. I did not notice when we booked the property that it was only minutes from the Ark Encounter. Usually, when I travel, I feel lucky if I am in the same town as the site(s) I wanted to see. The property was plenty big enough so that the four grandchildren (8-15 yrs old) had space to play together on their playstation on the large TV, and space to sit separately and apart to play individually on their own devices. The large kitchen/dining area was great for the eight of us. The area was quiet, easy to drive to, plenty of parking space by the door.

No reflection on the property, but it is located about 45 minutes by car from the Creation Museum. We liked the property very much, so I would consider staying here again if we returned to the area to see the Creation Museum.
