3 Miles to Ark! Basement Playroom with Video Arcade!

This was a great property for the time we had at the ark encounter. The rooms were enough. It was difficult to share the one bedroom but that was not something I was thinking about. I was disappointed with the retro arcade unit that really didn't work well. It was well stocked and even had snacks and coffee which was so nice. My best friend saw a deer out the back window while drinking coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a perfect day.

Awesome place to stay while visiting the Ark Encounter and also taking a Reds game in Cincinnati also. I would suggest this stay for anyone wanting to visit this area

There was some maybe 1/4-1 inch flooring gaps between the planks which made it pinch my crawling baby so we were stuck either holding him or putting him in his baby seat, could also be seen as a tripping hazard for someone not paying attention. Be wary there is also a large wall gap going down into the basement for little ones in a hurry or clumsy to potentially fall from the side of the stairs about a 6 ft drop.

Excellent location and communication. Will gladly return on our next adventure through the area
