Main Bedroom (Second Floor): A cozy queen-sized bed, a 32-inch TV, and a designated workspace with a desk and office chair.
Additional Bedroom (Second Floor): A second queen-sized bed.
Third Bedroom (Basement): Two full-sized futons, ideal for extra guests.
The home also features two full bathrooms (on the second floor and basement) and a half bath on the first floor for convenience.
Family-Friendly Amenities:
Entertainment: A 55-inch TV in the first-floor living room and a 65-inch TV in the basement, along with a variety of board games and a couple of video game systems.
Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen, perfect for guests who prefer to cook their own meals.
Outdoor Space: A spacious deck that includes a hangout area and a grill to enjoy with family or friends.
Accessibility:
Please note that this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Access to the basement is via a sloped walk around the house, but the first floor is accessed by stairs from the front porch or basement, and the second floor is accessible only by stairs. This place was fantastic! Everything was clean and comfy! My daughter loved the gaming systems in the basement, and I loved the multiple plugs for charging things by the beds! Best VRBO unit we’ve stayed in, ever!

WE stayed for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable. The lower-level sleeping futons were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of utensils available for some meal prep. There are 2 suggestions: Recommend grab bars for showers, just a safety measure. Also, the listing should indicate there are stairs up and stairs down to sleeping areas. That would be good information for any guests especially if there are any limitations for guests. Overall, this unit was excellent!

Great stay. Clean house and great town. We were able to enjoy daily walks around the area and visit some local attractions. Would stay here again

This was our first time at a VRBO and we loved it! Everything about the property was as advertised. The owner was friendly and helpful because we had questions due to our inexperience. We highly recommend The Third Monkey 2 to everyone, especially those who are going to the Ark Encounter.
