Studio located in a central area but far enough from all the noise and traffic, the apartment is on the second floor. 10 minutes walking to the historical centre and 13 minutes walking to the main square of the city. You have mercados and supermarkets nearby where you can buy fresh food to prepare your own meals. Within 2 minutes walk you will find restaurants and a Laundry.

It is located on the second floor(first floor for UK), within walking distance from the historical centre. It has private bathroom with hot water.

It has a kitchen with tones of cooking appliances, kettle, microwave, stove, three different coffee makers, blender, knifes, cooking ware set, big fridge with freezer. There is hot water in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom as well.

It has smart TV with streaming service accounts included; Prime Video, HBO Max, Disney Plus, Star+. If you are a sports fan on Star+ you can watch; NBA, MLB, NFL, all college football and basketball, NHL, all UFC events for free, boxing, Formula 1, Calcio, League 1, Tenis, Golf and lots of other sporting events. On HBO Max you can watch Champions League.

The studio has a ceiling fan and windows for air breeze. There are two doors one that faces the street and the other one that faces the communal patio. There are bins in the patio where you can dispose your garbage.

The bathroom is a vintage typical Mexican Bathroom but completely functional, private and with hot water.

It includes a small ironing board with iron. Lots of hangers and a hair dryer.

I give you a perfectly clean apartments further cleanings have a cost.

Due to logistics right now Im not providing hotel like service I rent this space as a self catering apartment. You are responsible for your consumables. You have a starter kit but once I runs out you have to buy your own consumables like toilet paper, drinking water, trash bags, soap, etc.

You get a perfectly clean apartment with a pair of sheets and a towel. Further cleanings with change of sheets and towel has a cost.


Due to water scarcity in Oaxaca, we are not able to provide laundry service but there is a laundry two minutes walking from the apartment. We have water containers underground which allow us to provide constant water for bathrooms and kitchen.

We have a handyman that is on site Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and from 11am to 6pm. To assist you with any repair or issue you may have. As guests mention in their reviews my response to issues is very fast due to having an actual person in the building who can instantly address issues that may arise.

It is the right place for you if you want to live in a Oaxacan neighborhood close to the square(12 minutes walking). It is whitin a short walk from the historical center but far enough from all the noise and touristic buzz. You will get the experience of living in a real Mexican neighborhood, some americans and sometimes Europeans live in the same building so even if you don't speak Spanish you will have someone to talk to. There are real Oaxacan restaraurants nearby, mercados and there is a supermarket 5 minutes walking (CHEDRAHUI) which is kind of like the Mexican version of Walmart where you will be able to find all your groceries at an affordable price. There is a laundry 5 minutes walking and a water dispenser 5 minutes walking as well. So everything you need is within walking distance.

Whitin two minutes walking you will the avenue Periferico where you can take the bus and taxis that will take you to the outskirts of Oaxaca or the nearby neighborhoods. There is also Av. Pinosuarez and Av. Benito Juarez where you can also take the bus to nearby neighborhoods but mostly you will have everything you need within walking distance.
