Decent, might be improved

Responsive host and smooth, contactless check-in process. When there was no hot water in the shower, the host quickly sent someone to fix it, which was much appreciated. The room also had a coffee maker with complimentary coffee — a small but nice touch.

Weak Wi-Fi signal, not soundproofing at all (I could even hear a neighbor’s phone vibrating). Staircase, no elevator. The entrance felt awkward: a glass door facing the courtyard, making it impossible to open the curtains without losing privacy. The bedsheet wasn’t clean, there were ants in the room. The door lock was positioned so inconveniently that it was easy to get hurt while closing it.

Ubicacion, limpieza, atención, comodidad y estacionamiento aunque esta a la vuelta no esta lejos... todo la verdad👍 es mas estaba decorada de día de muertos y se veía muy bonito.

Todo perfecto 👌 ninguna queja.

Si, está súper bonito y limpio

Él estacionamiento no está en el hotel, te dan cortesía un estacionamiento cercano q está abierto las 24 horas, pero está como que a la vuelta del lugar y el barrio no está como q muy bonito, se veía inseguro, gracias a Dios no me pasó nada pero si es un barrio bajo y cerca de una zona de tolerancia :/

Suite recomendable

Las suites no son muy grandes, pero cuentan con todo lo necesario, hasta con una cafetera, café y azúcar, locual fue un detalle muy agradable. Están a unas cuadras del mercado y otras más del zócalo. Para el coche se maneja un gafete en un estacionamiento gratis cercano. La pasamos muy a gusto
