Nice apartment and the entire property feels safe. Clear directions from the host, who was always quick to respond and very helpful. Good value for money

-Not clean enough (hair on the floor, mold in the bathroom). -Location is ok but not close enough to the center. -The bed was small and too soft. -Not well lit.

Comfortable stay, fairly close to main centre

The room was nice and spacious with a kitchenette. It is fairly close to the centre, but located in the less desirable area of town. If travelling as a solo female traveller you may want to take this into consideration. There was a good air conditioner and the shower was great, just be careful as the water can get very hot. The external courtyard is lovely and spacious.

The kitchenette was good but there were not containers to cook any food in the microwave. There is only 1 small window so the room was dark and a little claustrophobic. The location of the accommodation is good but can feel a little intimidating at night.

Accommodation was perfect for what we needed.

Safe location 20 mins walk to the central square and old part. Found Oaxaca incredibly hot compared to our visit by the coast so we should have stuck to the early mornings and later afternoons! Due to the heat we asked to extend our reservation until 6pm so we could shower before our flights. But accommodation was perfect for what we needed, the host was really lovely and communication was great!

Not sure if it’s just been renovated as they were doing major renovating on the floor above, the shower & small kitchen bit could have been cleaner as they were covered in building dust. But I wouldn’t let that put any one off.

it was quite, 10,min walk from the city’s main square.

the rooms are like converted storage rooms around a small yard. they smell because of damp, they have very small window and no sunlight. they are too warm.

La zona se siente insegura al caer la noche y el baño de la habitación estaba sucio, se ve que no tiene atencion hace tiempo y el aseo que realizan es por encima y no a profundidad

Super acogedor, las instalaciones muy limpias, el lugar sumamente tranquilo, a unas cuadras del centro. Aunque no tiene estacionamiento exactamente en el lugar, ellos cuentan con convenio para estacionarse cerca y tu auto queda seguro.

Muy buena la distribución del cuarto con todo lo necesario y también es muy tranquilo se descansa bien.

Уютный отельчик недалеко от центра города.

Уютный чистый со вкусом оформленный отельчик достаточно близко расположенный от центра города (11-13 минут пешком). Нужно отметить, что не смотря на близость большой дороги тишина в номере была идеальной. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Нам понравилось. Рекомендую!

1.Слабый напор воды в унитазе. 2.Очень странные наволочки. 3.Неверная информация об алгоритме входа. Было прислано сообщение о ключе в ящике у входа, но там ключа не было. Позвонили в итоге в звонок и Дженифер открыла и дала ключи, как от входной двери, так и от номера (спасибо ей). Когда уезжали (в 19.30) группа туристов у входной двери также не могла найти ключ. Как у них все закончилось - не знаю так как в 19.30 никого из персонала уже не было.

Nada recomendable, la ubicación daba MIEDO

El personal de limpieza fue amable.

Prácticamente nada. Llegamos y la cama era de 1,35. Mi pareja mide 1.85 y yo 1.65, hemos dormido justito, pero cuando viajas y pagas por un servicio, te gustaría descansar más y mejor y en nuestro caso ha sido al revés. Bueno, esto aún se puede pasar pero la ubicación… para volver desde el centro al hotel había que pasar una calle llena de prostitutas que no nos hacia sentir muy seguros. Esta a 15 minutos andando del zócalo pero con lo bonito que es el centro histórico y lo cuidado que está, no merece la pena irse a este alojamiento. Es recomendable pagar más y estar en una zona segura para el turista. Nosotros nos tuvimos que volver todas las noches en taxi porque así nos lo recomendaron hasta los locales y a nosotros nos daba MUCHO MIEDO. Es muy barato pero no merece la pena si lo que quieres es viajar cómodo para conocer la ciudad de Oaxaca, que es maravillosa.

Hermoso lugar.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, tanto fuera como dentro de la habitación. Esta súper bien equipada con básicos de cocina, secadora, plancha, A/C y hasta excelente internet con cuentas de streaming en la TV.

TOTAL PRIVACIDAD, TE SIENTES COMO EN CASA, EXCELENTE BIENVENIDA SUPER ATENCION DE LA ANFITRIONA, TE BRNDAN SERVICIO DE GUARDA EQUIPAJE DESPUES DEL CHECK OUT, EL LUGAR TIENE UNA UBICACIÓN PRIVILEGIADA EN EL CENTRO DE OAXACA, PUEDES RECORRER A PIE TODA LA ZONA TURISTICA DEL CENTRO DE OAXACA. EL ESPACIO CUENTA CON UN MURAL ESPECTACULAR EN EL PATIO CENTRAL, DONDE PUEDES DESCANSAR A PLACER. TODO EL SERVICIO ES DE EXCELENCIA, CON UNA EXCELENTE RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO. RECOMIENDO TOTALMENTE ESTE ESPACIO, CON GUSTO REGRESARE.
