Good for a short stay if you don’t need to work much

I think the location was okay as one could walk to the main areas easily. And there is a nice courtyard that helps cushion the street noise. The host was very nice.

The WiFi signal in my apartment was not good at all. Also there was no where to sit and work as there was no desk or chair or table. Luckily I was there over a weekend and I doubt many come to Oaxaca to work but it would have helped me to have some more reliable WiFi.

Very nice hostel with attention to detail and a nice terrace. The first room we stayed in had no windows, which made it a bit awkward but doable for one night. The other room we changed to was nice but very noisy because of the traffic. Definitely bring your ear plugs. Good kitchen, clean facilities and very nice personnel

It’s a tiny bit off from the center, but an easy walk from zocalo, maybe 10-15 min. Can be deserted at night but we felt safe anyway

The house is located in a good place close to all the tourist spots in the city center, the room was very clean with everything we needed and access to the house was quick and easy, communication with the owner was very good and he helped us with all the questions we had as well as with the house staff, well-equipped and clean kitchen.

Good spacious room next to quite a busy road. The price is good, but is a bit of a walk from the nicer neighbourhoods.

The room was nice and quite spacious. The common areas are pretty good.

The room was noisy with a busy road just outside the window and minimal sound insulation. At night it was quite okay though, but the busses and trucks run late and start early. The neighbourhood is not the best that Oaxaca has to offer.

Great spacious private rooms

Great spacious clean rooms for a very reasonable price. Ideal for a travelling couple. Juan is a lovely host who you see throughout the day despite it being a self check in. Short 10 minute walk to the main square! Location is safe but definitely in the more local side of Oaxaca city which we really enjoyed (20/25 minute walk from the very touristy area)

Good value for money

Great place, the bed was really comfy and facilities very clean. Good location and super easy to walk to everywhere. Nice outdoor space at the accommodation too.

The room was overlooking a very busy road and there was cars/ buses/ motorbikes beeping and just noisy at all times of the day from early hours to late night which was very disturbing. Room was also very hot and never cooled down even with the fan on, so keep that in mind.

Comfortable and good vibe in Oaxaca

Beautiful view of the stars at night, and well taken care of bedrooms and overall space. Very safe and very private. Jarquin taught me some Spanish and showed me around. Right near everything including the market, cool people and great time.

U won't regret

The room, the kitchen and the bathroom were clean, very nicely made. It was really nice staying. And the shower, the shower was amazing. After 4 months in Mexico I had finally a proper shower.

Just some nights were a bit harder because of the noice from the street. The windows have no seals so you can hear pretty much from the street.

Bien pour un ou deux jours.

L'arrivée autonome avec toutes les instructions, les espaces communs et la propreté. Chambre bien équipée (prises, ventilateur, canapé et petit bureau pour ranger les affaires.

Le bruit de la route est vraiment dérangeant. La cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée, une cafetière serait un plus !

No estaba limpio y los dueños no contestaban a los mensajes.

Les pedimos si podíamos guardar nuestras maletas el día de salida, porque nuestro bus salía por la noche y nos dijeron que sí pero que a lo largo del día no podíamos hacer uso de las zonas comunes ni del baño común....

La habitación, el espacio, la ubicación cercana al punto donde tomamos el camión y el baño muy limpio y provisto de enseres.

El ruido nocturno de la calle, y en la mañana se pone más fuerte, pero eso no depende del lugar, pero es importante saberlo si deseas descansar por la noche.

No es muy calido, pero es lindo, cómodo, y a buen precio

El lugar es cómodo, tiene una terraza linda, la cocina esta equipada muy bien, la habitación estaba limpia, no tiene aire acondicionado pero no fue necesario, tenía un ventilador y con eso fue suficiente. Esta relativamente cerca del centro, y del mercado, tiendas, ver duerias, farmacias, etc. Es bastante comodo quedarte ahí

La estancia es algo asi como auto-servicio cuando llegas nadie te recibe, te dan las instrucciones por WhatsApp, y tienes una contraseña para entrar y salir cuando quieras. Eso al inicio junto con el ambiente hizo que el lugar no se sintiera con mucha calidez. Pero luego te acostumbras. Sin embargo si hay gente al pendiente si necesitas algo, no podiamos usar la estufa mandamos WhatsApp, y enseguida bajo un joven muy amable a ayudarnos. Elegimos habitación con baño compartido, y era 1 baño para como 4 o 5 habitaciones, estaba bien, estuvo limpio siempre. Abajo había otros 2 baños, pero 1 estaba fuera de servicio, y el otro no decía nada, pero cuando quise ir a ver una persona, que supongo trabajaba ahí me dijo que el que nos tocaba era el de arriba, no entendí bien porqué. Si se quedan en Oaxaca, aqui en particular tomen en cuenta que el agua es escaza en general en la ciudad, y a veces se va, nos paso 2 días, que solo salía 1 chorrito y otro día ya de plano no había. No es culpa del lugar, solo cuiden el agua.

Un soggiorno tranquillo e accogliente

Una casa molto bella vicino al cuore di Oaxaca. Ci sono piaciuti molto lo stile e le finiture; l'arredamento era di ottimo gusto. Le aree comuni sono confortevoli e accoglienti. La cucina era pulita e dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari, e anche le camere da letto erano belle e pulite.

La terrazza è piccola, ma hanno più spazio per ampliarla.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, privat und komfortabel. Juan, der Verwalter des Ortes, war sehr freundlich zu uns und half uns, uns zu sagen, welche Orte wir besuchen könnten, da das Haus nur ein paar Blocks von allen Touristenattraktionen im Zentrum entfernt liegt und es sehr sicher ist, herumzulaufen, das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Als wir im Zimmer ankamen, bemerkten wir, dass aus der Toilette im Badezimmer Wasser austrat, und wir meldeten es Juan und er gab sofort eine Lösung.

Proche du centre, nous n’avons pas vu le propriétaire mais l’accès a été donné par WhatsApp.chambre donnant sur la rue donc un peu bruyant. Belle terrasse Très très bonnes tlayudas chez Brenda dans la même rue!!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit einer tollen Dachterrasse und sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Host.

Leider wurde uns beim Check-in mitgeteilt, dass es bis in die Nacht kein fließendes Wasser geben wird…schwierig.

La propreté L’eau potable dans la cuisine

Cet endroit n’est pas un hostal, mais plutôt un hôtel. Il n’y a aucun accueil, pas d’âme. La chambre contient que le minimum : lit, lampe au plafond et ventilateur. Aucune étagère, table de chevet ou lampe près du lit. Idem dans la salle de bain, pas de tablette où mettre ses choses ou bien pour déposer un accessoires à recharger parce que les prises électrique sont hautes. Le voisinage n’est pas le meilleur et c’est un peu loin du centre. C’est pas un mauvais endroit pour une nuit, mais c’est vraiment pas l’endroit où se déposer lorsqu’on est en vacances!

la fachada de la casa es bonita y tienen idea de como quieren el interior pero me da la impresion que no esta terminada la imagen interna.

que no tiene estacionamiento y no me fije, que despues del contacto de entrada, ya no me contestaron el chat que se abrio con la persona que nos atendio de inicio, el interior necesita renovaciones, hay ventanas muy deterioradas y los focos de la terraza que en el anuncio estan prendidos, pues no funcionaron.

Emplacement

Bruit : la rue est très bruyante, les fenêtres très fines. On a l'impression d'être dehors. Infrastructure : nous devions allumer le gaz pour faire chauffer le ballon d'eau chaude nous meme, puis fermer. Pas super pratique. Communication : l'hôte ne nous a pas beaucoup répondu. Propreté de la SDB partagée moyenne. Il n'y a rien pour poser les affaires.

Bonitas habitaciones con buena ubicación en el centro de Oaxaca

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas super bien ubicadas. Disponen de lo necesario: toallas, jabón, agua para beber. Las áreas compartidas, como cocina, sala de TV y terraza, están limpias y bien equipadas. La atención de los anfitriones fue amable y de pronta respuesta.

Un poco de ruido por ser una calle transitada. De ahí en fuera todo excelente. Recomendado ampliamente.
