You can also see the Choctawhatchee Bay from the front side of 1503. With only five units on this level and next door to the end unit, this is your own private oasis. The outdoor patio has seating for six and a great way to enjoy the views and socialize.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and glass tile backslash. It also features a full size washer/dryer.
