As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

Plenty of room and bathroom for 3 families and 8 kids. TVs were old and slow and only 1 remote worked, so keep that in mind for nights but it was all good otherwise

Great location! Very close to the beach. Clean house, perfect for our entire family. Two washers and two dryers are a bonus.

Family vacation for six adults. Pros: Very nice having plenty of space, each person had their own bedroom and bathroom. Management was very attentive, there was an issue with the dishwasher when we arrived, we contacted them after hours, they sent someone out the next morning and the issue was resolved quickly. The private beach access is convenient and makes for easy entrance to the beach.Cons: The mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable, has an awkward lean toward the head of the bed. There was one bathroom upstairs that evidently was not included in the remodel, it was dirty/stained. Doors are very dirty and could just use a good cleaning from being touched so much. Exterior could use a good cleaning as well. Overall a nice place to stay! Just prefer more cleanliness but would stay there again for location, space and beach access.
