If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded. *The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

The kitchen had plenty of things but kind of disorganized. Pretty easy to fix if the time was taken. Some of the necessities such as measuring cups and spoons were not present. But overall such a great place.

This house was perfect for our needs. Loved the gated community and walking distance to private beach. Kitchen was well stocked. It was so nice having 2 washer and dryers, bikes, and golf cart. Only thing we wished we had more of was another king sized bed, but we made it work! We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing sta!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, plenty of space for our family and a minute walk to the beautiful beach. Our property manager was amazing and always available to answer questions or make recommendations. Thank you!
