Nice place, it was odd lay out. Only had a front door no back door, no side door. To get to pool you had to walk out the front door walk down the side of house to pool in back. But house was well equipped, pots, pans towels, etc. The street was quiet. Beach was easy an easy walk. Pool is small, with a patio. Yes, I would stay there again!

The location, layout, and proximity to the beach make this a great property, and our group enjoyed the pool, comfortable beds, and effective air conditioning. Unfortunately, the home has a significant amount of deferred maintenance and housekeeping that kept it from feeling like the premium rental we expected. We encountered numerous cleanliness issues, including dirty furniture, dusty ceiling fans, dirty dishes, and trash left behind from previous guests. Several maintenance items also needed attention, including broken or loose door hardware, balcony locks, shower fixtures, dishwasher, grill, and other wear throughout the home. The landscaping also needs attention, and many walls could use fresh paint. The biggest frustration was the washing machine. We reported the issue early in the week and had three maintenance visits, but it was never repaired. It repeatedly went out of balance, requiring constant attention, and we lost vacation time waiting on repair appointments. The management team was responsive and attempted to address issues, but many repairs appeared to have been deferred for some time. With a thorough deep cleaning, better preventative maintenance, and some general updating, this could easily be a five-star property. We hope these improvements are made because the home has excellent potential.
