This house was wonderful! The game room was awesome, everything was very well kept, the pool was also perfect. We had quite a bit of trouble with the wifi in the pool house suite. None of the TVs would connect to the wifi. We only used it briefly at night, but it was a pain when the kids wanted to watch something before bedtime. Overall I would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The house was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and even better than expected from the listing. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed while still feeling relaxing and private.What really stood out was the property manager’s responsiveness. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

We had an amazing week at the Boomerang Beach House! We had 4 families (8 adults and 13 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Everyone having their own bathrooms was perfect and the extra bathroom in the game room was very useful. The carriage house was an awesome spot for our teens to hang and the game room was a fun spot for the kids when they needed a break from the sun. The pool set up was great, we spent a lot of time out there. The beach is a super quick walk down the block and the water was stunning. It was nice to be able to go back forth easily, especially for the kids. The front porch sitting areas were lovely, as well. The location was great, right between Seaside and Destin. We spent a couple nights at Seaside and loved it there. The pantry and laundry room were nice to have and there were plenty of pool towels. The management company was very responsive and helpful. We rented a golf cart but in hindsight definitely didn’t need one. Overall would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Boomerang Beach House! Everything you need in the kitchen, the room arrangements with the ensuites is amazing, and the pool spa was so relaxing. The game room kept the household of boys entertained for hours. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. It is all about location, location, location and this is the perfect location with the beach right down the street and a gift shop and Dollar General right down the street the other way. This was our first stay in Miramar and won't be our last.
