Outside, you'll find a private pool and outdoor seating. The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, and BBQ grill for your convenience. Check-in is a breeze with keyless entry, starting at 3 PM. Early entry is not permitted unless previously approved by a team member.

Our office is open 7 days a week with daily hours of 9am to 5pm central. We encourage guests to text/call our office staff or send a direct email to best assist. We do ask that any issues maintenance/housekeeping issues are brought to our attention no later than 24 hours after check-in to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation. *Please note refrigerators can take up to 24 hours to cool back down once loaded with groceries. Please allow time before calling the office. The after hours emergency number is meant only for true emergencies, whole house power outages, catastrophic leaks, fire etc. Pool issues are not considered an emergency.

We loved our stay. The short walk to the beach was great! The house is beautiful. Warning, it does have a lot of stairs but that was no issue to our crew. If anything we joked about getting our steps in. It was perfect for the kids to have their own space to hang out. Two dishwashers in the kitchen were a game changer for our party of 15. We thought that was a great design idea for a house that holds a lot of people. Parking is a little tight since it is a dead end but we rented a golf cart and had no trouble at all. We would definitely stay at this house again.

The house was great! Management was easy to talk to and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. The stairs are a bit of a doozy, but once you get unloaded it’s fine. The pool and outdoor area was perfect after a day at the beach. Access to the beach is super close and easy to get to! The spacious balconies are perfect for a morning coffee or evening cocktail with music. We had a couple minor issues, but maintenance was quick to show up and fix them! The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a mix of couples and singles.

So I will give you a very honest review of this house. It is a nice, large house, great for large groups or families if you don't mind climbing a lot of stairs. Anyone with a disability that hinders walking, or anything that requires climbing stairs, this is not the house for you. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor, so you will be doing a lot of climbing. Views are awesome, and big houses in that neighborhood are generally much more expensive, however there is reason why this house is such a great bargain for the size. The stairs can get super inconvenient, and the house was SO DIRTY when we got there!
There were sheets that had obviously not been changed. We had to call and get new ones. We pulled out the couch in the upstairs bedroom and there was nasty old food all down in the couch and the sheets had not been changed in what looked like forever. We had to pull out the vacuum cleaner and clean the food off the floor and couch. We took those sheets off and washed them. The upstairs pull out couch in the master did not have any sheets on it at all. We had our 5 year old twin grandkids with us, and they like to sleep in the room with an adult on vacation, and we like to keep them near when we have an open swimming pool or high deck. The vacuum emitted a terrible smell when we turned it on. It was apparently really old and used in some really nasty houses prior.
Overall, this was a nice house, but was in serious need of the couches being cleaned. I felt so gross just sitting on any of the couches because of how horribly they were stained. I don't mind paying a little more for cleanliness and I'm not sure what the circumstances are with the cleaning of this house, but we were really not happy with how dirty it was.
The internet also was TERRIBLE there, which was not good because you get ZERO cell service on the bottom floor of the house. We had to reset the router every few hours. We called them and talked to maintenance and told them the house needed. a new router and some wifi extenders. Everything 3rd floor and up worked fine. Downstairs, the further you went, the worse it was!
The handy exit to the beach trail was amazing, however it is a steep climb back uphill to reach the boardwalk, coming out, and the beach area, kind of looks more like a bluff, than being able to truly go down close to the beach with your chair. You sit higher up. Not sure why that is, but it's just how that part of the beach is.
