About this apartment rental
Wow, look at that view! Fabulous 6th floor condo offers breathtaking views of lushly landscaped grounds, 2 pools, hot tub, and the Gulf of Mexico from the covered balcony. Less than 300 steps to the beach. Beautifully updated throughout. FREE Seasonal (March- Oct) Beach Service: two chairs and an umbrella with your stay. The Edgewater Condominium is centrally located in Miramar Beach, Florida. Gated and covered parking. 420` of white sandy beach!
You can see dolphins surfing the waves from the balcony.
Guests can use the whole condo and enjoy the gym, outdoor grill, playground, pools, hot tub, beach access and (seasonal) beach service and tiki hut.
Host and owners live in the area and are available for emergencies.
Walking distance to the outlet mall, restaurants, grocery store, beach store and more!
Car, foot, uber/taxi.
There is a 1-2 year modernization project for the building that is coming to an end, finally! (2023-2025) Completed items include painted outside, redone railings, pool resurfacing of lower pool, upper pool, and hot tub, new patio paint, new front doors, and all new elevators have been installed. Come and enjoy!
-We are not a big rental company. No parties or events. A party means anyone outside of your reservation.
-Be respectful of your neighbors.
-No Smoking inside.
-Bath towel sets, linens, 4 beach towels and black washcloths are provided for make-up removal. Guest will be charged for any damaged towels or items.
-Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
-Hurricane - If an evacuation is ordered you must leave and follow evacuation routes. If one is not ordered you are allowed to stay knowing that the host/owner will hurricane proof the house (bring all outside furniture and equipment) for hurricanes with a rating of 3 or higher.
-Early check-in is possible, additional fees may apply.
