1. Water heaters are only available at the master bedroom.
2. The view from the backyard is not cool.
3. The kitchen cabinets typically suffer from worn finishes, dents, and water damage.

House theme was great and bring different vibes. Cant get enough of it.
Water pressure on peek hours is not that great. Tend to be slow. Work well if not during peek hours.

Friendly and professional customer service manager on site, requests actioned promptly.
Unserviceable air-conditioning and missing remote control units. Two of the rooms in France villa had no remote controls for aircon. One room aircon was unserviceable. Only the master bedroom had water heater. The other three bathrooms and kitchen have no hot water.
Bedlinen were not very clean.
