The Unit was big enough to accommodate our large group so we were able to spend more time together. The uninterrupted sea-view from the balcony was amazing. There are rooftop bars and dining options within the same compound. Kids loved and enjoyed the foosball table provided in the unit.
The adjacent mall within the compound does not seem to have any tenants so that was a bit of a bummer. It would have been 10/10 if the living area was a little more spacious and wait time for lifts was little shorter.

The high floor is great with amazing view. Can fit my family of 12 and elderly plus kids friendly. Great karaoke set and table football set. Small children love the mini playground.
Lifts servicing limited to 2 and causing delayed timeline to move. Very upset with infinity pool closed during school holiday season. Aircon on one of the bedroom is not very cold. Ironing board should be standard standing one please with better irons.

Kids friendly,comfortable and easy to access + parking
Level 13 :
-The staff at the swimming pool very rude
-The toilet very dark,dirty and so scary
-The path around the swimming pool very dangerous for residence especially kids
Residence Level 14 ;
-The bathroom have some dirt on the floor and window
-When sleeping, the mattress feels very itchy bcs under the mattress didn’t clean up properly
