The place feels very comfortable and cosy. Well kept and clean.

The room on ground floor has some sweaty smell from the aircon.

The interior design is cozy.

The autogate is no fully open. Quite hard to park since the gate is quite small.

Place feels clean overall, 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Sufficient pillows across all rooms.

Plenty of ants right at door entrance and inside the house at some areas. Host not responsive via whatsapp. Firstly, one fan was not working after first night and after troubleshooting we still cannot get it to work. No replies from host on how to fix / if they can get someone to fix. Second night, power outrage happened at 5am and we woke up cos it was too hot. No aircon, fan, lights. Host was not contactable via 2 numbers provided. They only replied after 4.5 hours asking us to check if neighbor have the same issue. It was quite a bad experience for all 8 of us to experience this. No form of compensation or assistance regarding this as well.

Felt impractical for a homestay. Washing machine was provided but no drying rack, and there were no brooms at all. My family were wrongly questioned about a missing deco vase that turned out to still be on the same shelving area the whole time. I was left waiting more than 1 hour+ for an update and had to follow up myself, which showed lack of urgency and poor handling on their part. Eventually, the host said the vase was ‘placed in a different spot’ and that it had been overlooked by their cleaning staff, but the shelving wasn’t even full so it should have been easily spotted.
