1) Superb location where there are many eateries and massage parlour nearby. It's walking distance to Jonker street, too.
2) Generally clean with drinking water from the tap, cup noodle, beverages, muruku supplied free of charge at the reception.
3) Conducive environment; quiet surrounding with free parking lots at the vicinity.
The floor is not tiled or carpeted, thus good for guest to bring your own clean indoor slippers if you are not used to walk barefoot on cement floor.

The hotel is very modern and stylish. The staff are very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Near restaurants and spas.
There is no elevator so getting up to the 2nd floor can be hard if you're less mobile. Also the hotel is a very long and hot walk from the tourist spots. The taxi and grab drivers have difficulty finding the place.

We had a pleasant stay here. The reception team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return on our next trip. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The property does not have a lift, so guests will need to use the stairs. If you are travelling with elderly family members or guests with limited mobility, you may request a ground-floor room from the reception, subject to availability.

Clean hotel. Good location near eateries and shopping.
Most of the time I had very little to no Hot water while showering. Even after letting the staff know. There was little to no improvement. I stayed in a Kingbedroom for 3 nights and each day was the same issue.
I would expect hot water any time of day. Especially in this hotel.
