We had a pleasant stay here. The reception team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return on our next trip. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulously renovated shophouse style. Modern yet homely. Wonderful friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Slightly removed from historic district but this means it’s peaceful and quiet!
Could be improved by doing a simple daily room tidy. No need for clean linen, but make bed, empty rubbish, replenish toilet paper.

Clean hotel. Good location near eateries and shopping.
Most of the time I had very little to no Hot water while showering. Even after letting the staff know. There was little to no improvement. I stayed in a Kingbedroom for 3 nights and each day was the same issue. I would expect hot water any time of day. Especially in this hotel.
