Gyors kommunikáció, rugalmasság, kedves emberek. Nagy terasz van, ahol az étkezések könnyen megoldhatók. Rendkívül tiszta környezetbe érkeztünk, kellemesen telt az itt töltött időnk. Nagy szobák vannak, kényelmesen elfértünk 3 gyermekkel is.

Hermoso departamento. Muy cómodo, impecable y muy buena ubicación. Agradecidos con Francesca que nos espero para recibirnos, siendo que llegamos tardes y siempre fue muy atenta y expeditiva. Departamento muy recomendable!!

The apartment is very spacious and light. It is in a neighborhood about 20 minute walk from the old town of Monopoli and walking distance, though a bit far, from the train station. The host was very responsive when anything was needed. There was a good little family-owned bakery just next door, a supermarket on the next block and a green grocer just up the street with a dairy store next door. It’s quite well situated for a stay with cooking. I like being out of the tourist center, so it worked well for me, even without a car. The bed was very comfortable and the multiple closets in the bedroom were unusual and handy. Lovely place! It is a five minute walk from a beach and a cycle path. The long and wide balcony on two sides of the apartment was a pleasant addition.

The building is on a busy street with a fair amount of traffic, early mornings and all day, so there was some street noise when sleeping. I used a white noise app on my iPad to sleep in peace. There is no elevator, so it is necessary to carry bags up and down 3 short flights of stairs. The host carried my bag up for me on arrival, which helped.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, silenzioso, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per una famiglia con bambini, bellissimo il balcone terrazzato. Situato in un posto tranquillo ma con tutti negozi di prima necessità nelle immediate vicinanze. A 5 min di auto al centro storico e a pochi passi da mare. Molto gradita la disponibilità di box auto, ma è possibile parcheggiare molto facilmente anche in strada su strisce bianche. Host gentile, disponibile e mai invadente. Consiglio assolutamente
