Alipa Apartment

The apartment was big, the hot tub was easy to use, it's convenient to have two smart TVs, as well as a kitchenette and a small refrigerator. The air conditioning was good, the apartment was pretty clean and easy to check into. The bathroom was big and with natural ventilation. Pretty good communication with the host through WhatsApp

The location is pretty far from the Monopoli center, you have to walk at least 20 minutes on foot to get back. There are lots of ants in the apartment, even though we never left food outside. The mattress is very cheap and bouncy. The apartment is very very bad when it comes to noise cancelation, you can hear every word from the neighbors, like they are in your apartment, as well as every snore, fart, sneeze etc. You also hear every time the water is used, and it is loud. Also, the apartment is located pretty near to the main road and teenagers frequently use the road to ride their motorcycles all night, so you will hear noise until the morning. Additionally, the apartment is close to a pizza shop which usually is supplied at 7 AM so you will hear all the noise from the car and supply transportation in the morning. The water presure in the bathroom is very bad (very low for the sink and for the shower, it turns from very cold to very hot instantly). No matter how much you stay, the towels don't get changed. We were a couple that stayed 6 nights but we only received 3 toilet papers and one we had to use for the kitchenette because we didn't receive paper towels. Also, the kitchenette has a nespresso coffee machine but with no coffee capsules and we couldn't find capsules at the nearby shops, so it was useless.
