The room looked awesome but mostly impractical

The accommodation provides a spacious room, and the breakfast was delightful.

The pillows were not very comfortable, unfortunately. There were three clocks, but none of them seemed to be functioning properly. Although a washing machine was present, it was not operational. The bathroom light ceased to work on the second night and remained broken. The window in one of the rooms was already broken upon our arrival. Furthermore, on one occasion, the beds were not made, and the towels were not changed. When inquired about this, the receptionist mentioned that the cleaning staff had been occupied that day.

Absolutely brilliant stay

So, we absolutely loved this hotel. Super dog friendly we had a top floor room. Comfy beds. Large room. The restaurant menu is quite limited due to a refurbishment of the kitchen and reviews reflect this but…..as things are progressing they are offering much more. We had lunch and were so impressed we decided to try an evening meal. What a winner. Ribeye steak cooked to absolute perfection. Melt in the mouth and so tender. Well done that chef. Best steak ever and seriously I am a steak snob. Pork medallions wrapped in bacon with plums. Beautiful. Drinks were very very reasonable. Breakfast was substantial and varied. Wonderful. Staff professional and very happy. Well done everyone from kitchen to reception. Management note… you have a great team and a superb chef. Its been a pleasure.

Staff was condescending and rude. Didn't tell the truth about internet not working for several hours

Not much, the whole stay was one of my worst travel experiences.

I booked a room with wifi but when arrived it didn't seem to work anywhere in the building. I asked about it and was told by the front desk boss that internet was fine and there must by something wrong with my devices. I found that odd but tried to fix the problem for a long time, as I had to write work emails and an online meeting scheduled (also no mobile data connection in and around the building). Only later I talked to other guests who had the same problem and overheard staff members discussing with each other that internet apparently hadn't been functionable for a while. This can happen of course, but I found the hotel's communication in this regard extremely bad. Instead of being honest and trying to find a solution they pretended for a while that everything was fine and blamed the guests. When I confronted them about this the next morning, they finally admitted that the lack of wifi connection was not my fault but told me in a very condescending way to just leave the property. Treating the guests like this is in my eyes unacceptable. I should mention that in the aftermath (after me complaining via booking) they offered a 10€ refund in return for not writing a review, which is probably why the review score is a lot better than hotel standards should allow.

The hotel room was huge with a couch in the sitting area as well as a nice desk set up. The balcony with the layout chairs was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a large variety and was excellent.

Bellisssima zona pessimo hotel

La struttura e’ potenzialmente accogliente w davanti alle terme . Colazione discreta anche se quasi totalmente mancante della parte dei dolci .

In 5 giorni di soggiono ci hanno pulito la camera solo i primi due. Nonostante le nostre richieste. Moquette sporca. Pulizia scarsa. Il bagno microscopico e con le ante della doccia rotte. Abbiamo fatto segnalazione dei disservizi sia a booking che agli operatori del front office ma neanche una scusa per il disservizio. Le cose sono die: o l ‘ hotel non e’ all’ altezza delle 4 stelle o siamo stati trattati come ientkndi seconda scelta.

Super tolles Hotel!

Das Hotel ist ein Traum. Sehr ruhiges Gebiet, Therme steht direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir Frühstück inklusive, ebenfalls perfekt. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und super freundlich.

Familiäre Atmosphäre mit sehr freundlichem Service und reichhaltigem Frühstück.

Uns hat der Service und die Freundlichkeit sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und appetitlich angerichtet.

Der Boden des App. war in allen Räumen leicht verschmutzt - Brösel, Haare und wegwischbare Flecken im Bad. Der Parkplatz ist teilweise sehr eng und schlecht beleuchtet.

Bien pour une nuit

Hotel sans charme mais qui fait l'affaire pour une nuit. Littéralement en face des thermes, Calme , parking gratuit. Personnel sympathique,

Vue "jardin" donne sur : un bâtiment muré et désaffecté , une zone de travaux et les poubelles de l'hotel. Décoration tout à fait discutable , affreux style "néo rococo " mais, les goûts et les couleurs.... Restauration sans intérêt et trop chère pour la qualité proposée.

Die Lage und das sehr freundliche Personal. Schön fand ich dass ich um 20.45 Uhr noch was zu essen bekommen habe und man noch gemütlich sitzen konnte. Wurde auch sehr freundlich bedient.

Schade, dass ich nur eine Nacht da war...

Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften (war auf dem Jakobsweg, alles einzelne Nächte, verschiedenste Gasthöfe etc) war das hier wirklich bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Luxus pur zum Schnäppchenpreis. Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient!

Die Lage war perfekt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wobei die Kopfkissen schlecht waren.

Das Bad war sehr klein, eng und sehr renovierungsbedürftig!!! Das Frühstück war nicht besonders. Es gab nur eine Kaffeemaschine und permanent bildete sich eine Schlange.

… wir würden uns wieder einmieten !

Ein sehr geräumiges und sonniges Dreibettzimmer / Suite mit einem großen Balkon und ein gut ausgestattetes Bad! Der Eingang zur Therme ist gegenüber und gegen Kaution sind Bademantel und Handtuch in einer Badetasche auszuleihen! Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Als wir unser Zimmer mit drei Personen bezogen, waren nur zwei Liege-Stühle auf dem Balkon und ein Stuhl im Schlafzimmer —auf Nachfrage wurden aber noch Stühle nachgeliefert. … such ein Tischchen im Wohnzimmer wäre wünschenswert!

Schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich und Klobrille könnte mal ersetzt werden.

Bad Krozingen

Das Personal war freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und es wurde immer schnell aufgefüllt.

Der Schlafbereich war ok (der Kleiderschrank hat schon bessere Tage gesehen). Das Bad ist sehr sanierungsbedürftig (Fussboden- und Wandfliesen sind beschädigt und verkalkt, aus Handtuchwärmer tropft Wasser und ist ebenfalls verkalkt).
