Beautiful hotel, well maintained and luxury experience

Beautiful and spacious rooms, with design interior. Great breakfast with many fresh and healthy options. The hotel spa was new, beautiful and clean. I would not recommend going to the next-door “sauna paradise”, which was old-school, over-crowded (holiday season) and chaotically organized. We tried it out but soon returned to the hotel facilities that were more peaceful. Amazing restaurant inside the hotel, with the best steak and lovely veggies! Very kind staff in restaurant, speaking German and English.

On our day of the check-out we had lunch at the hotel bar, as the restaurant was closed, which was a pity (as the dinner we had there, was delicious!). Unfortunately the options for lunch were very few and the dish was disappointing. Would recommend to the hotel to make a bigger lunch menu.

Nice room, excellent meals, but service was impersonal and the spa could use more amenities.

Nice room overall and clean. The stay would have benefited from a warmer, more empathetic approach from the staff. Extra water was oddly treated as a premium item and kept behind the reception bar. The spa area could benefit from more hangers, shelves, and lounge space. On a very positive note, the dinner restaurant was excellent and the breakfast truly exceptional

Bad Krozingen is not the most attractive location ever but Nouri's connection with the next door thermal bathes was very practical. Really nothing to complain about...

Friendly staff, great food, and wonderful interior. Perfect for an adults only weekend!

The staff was so friendly, so motivated, and full of enthusiasm for their work, which made us feel really welcome. Easy to relax and there is so much to do in the area, with great bike and running trails. The food is great, especially the rich breakfast buffet. It is very international, fresh, and plentiful. Great tastes and some creative dishes along with it. Staff are friendly, attentive, and it is well organized.

It can get a little crowded during check-out, but they do offer online check out.

Bad experience

The breakfast

The hotel does not have its own pools as stated, but is linked with a public pool/spa that is very old and hosts 100s of seniors on any given day. You can also not relax outside at the hotel except for the rooftop as of 5pm. It also feels a bit like a clinic inside and smells odd. Our airco did not work the first two nights and we were up at 7am due to the delivery trucks supplying the hotel every morning. You also have to reserve your tables at the restaurant otherwise guests do not have space. Overall a very poor experience in terms of location and facilities, completely oversold and overstated.

The rooms are very big and I like the style with the wooden floors and the clean design.

It’s a spa hotel they say but in reality the spa is a public spa which you have free access to but it’s packed with people and tithe luxury items you want from the hotel like lotions, schampos, calm and clean spaces etc, are obviously not there. The service is average. Friendly but very confused. Especially for dinner …. Lots and lots of staff yet inefficient and ineffective.

Weekend in Bad Krozingen

This hotel is a pure gem ! Staff was so kind and qualified, absolute cleanliness everywhere, spacious and comfy room + cherry on the top ; delicious breakfast. Safe underground parking at disposal and direct access to Therme. We couldn't expect better for our weekend. We recommend 100%

Service at rooftop bar should be improved as we thought there was not enough staff for the number of clients (waited 45min for 2 cocktails and one of them had to be changed because some ingredients were no longer available)

Very relaxing stay in a beautifully designed house!

Very stylish and well managed hotel. Extremely well designed and very relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding and offers a large selection of good food. The hotel staff was very attentive throughout the entire stay.

Would have loved to use the sauna in the early morning hours but it only opens at 9am.

Nice hotel worth visiting

Spacious. New. Spa area age restriction 14+ was nice to visit, to have a break from children. Bar at the top is very beautiful.

Staff needs to be more trained. Especially the ladies at the breakfast. Some are Very unprofessional and even rude , that ruins whole experience. It was the second time we stayed at this hotel, and first time I had same experience from the breakfast staff.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. The thermal baths were very good, many choices. Nice Sauna, steam room. We especially like the relaxation rooms. Breakfast was 'nice' everything you could possibly want.

The thermal baths were very very busy as they are open to the public. There were no seats available, so we had to keep our towels and robes with us. The Tea / Coffee at breakfast seemed a little bit chaotic, suspect this is teething problems.

The hotel isn’t ready to be opened for visitors. Don’t stay if you are looking for comfortable hotels.

Excellent Side Facilities: The hotel offers commendable side amenities like complimentary transport within the area and access to a thermal spa. Helpful Staff: Although their training seems lacking, the staff members are genuinely kind and try their best to assist guests.

Room Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. I found used diapers in the garbage bin and was missing basic amenities like teabags and a coffee machine. Technical Issues: The room’s TV was not set up for Chromecast despite having internet connectivity. The ventilation system was excessively noisy, and the light switch was barely functional. Subpar Breakfast: The breakfast was a letdown, especially for a four-star hotel. It mostly consisted of cold hams and breads, with sausages as the only hot option. Staff Training: The staff, while friendly, seemed untrained. They lacked clear communication about seating arrangements and inadvertently moved guests during reorganization. Construction Noise: Ongoing construction outside the hotel contributed to a noisy and unsettling environment. Parking Charges: The hotel charges €17 per day for parking. It’s more economical to park at the nearby thermal spa’s parking space.

Es war traumhaft.

Alles! Die Unterkunft Nouri ist wirklich ein Traum. Es ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Leider ist die Therme, an die sich das Hotel anschliesst, sehr veraltet und überfüllt. Da ist der eigene Spa vom Hotel zwar kleiner aber dennoch viel schöner!

Alle Bademantel in der Grösse XL,der Relax Room war alles andere als leise und erholend(Liegestühle knattern,jede Türbewegung hört man mit Geräuschen der Duschen usw.) Ab 16Uhr Warteschlange vor den Saunen,das Gepäck mussten wir selber aufs Zimmer tragen. Beim auschecken keine Fragen über den Aufenthalt,sondern zahlen und tschüss...

Das Zimmer & das Frühstück.

Das Personal am Check-in. Da wir vor 15Uhr da waren mussten wir in der Lobby warten bis die Zimmers fertig waren. Ich war schonmal zur Übernachtung da deshalb kenne ich auch den Ablauf. Als wir in der Lobby am warten waren habeich freundlich nachgefragt ob wir unsere welcome Drinks schon haben können. Die Antwort der Dame an der Rezeption: nein ist nur für Gäste beim Chek-in ! Was ich nicht verstanden habe da ich mich schon angemeldet hatte. Nach 30min ist meine Begleit Person hin und da hats geklappt. Dies war jedoch eine freundliche Mitarbeiter sage selbstverständlich. Nach dem Aufenthalt kamen wir mit ihr im Gespräch und erzählte uns da sie Stundentin ist & sie hier nebenbei arbeitet.

Séjour très agréable, facilité pour rejoindre le spa. Établissement neuf et entretenu, tout confort.

Grande chambre très confortable et calme comprenant une petite chambre séparée pour notre fille. Elle a adoré! Équipement parfait, il ne manquait rien, nous aimerions revenir car c’était un séjour relaxant et dépaysant pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était diversifié et généreux.

Le Service au restaurant était approximatif, notre enfant a été servie la dernière et il manquait des éléments de la commande que nous avons dû redemander.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, endlich mal richtig guter Kaffee! Das gesamte Hauspersonal ist von ausgesuchter Höflichkeit und legt tadellose Manieren an den Tag. "Getoppt" haben diesen super Service nur noch die Angestellten in der Rooftop-Bar. Selten so gute und professionelle Barkeeper miterlebt! Auch die Zimmer waren tiptop und sehr schön, praktisch auch die Tiefgarage.

Die Sauberkeit des Fußbodens in unserem Zimmer hätte einer geringfügigen Verbesserung bedurft. Ansonsten aber alles tiptop!

guter Aufenthalt, aber mit Mailflut

Der Aufenthalt war wie der letzte. Ruhig und angenehm. Werde gerne wieder kommen.

Punktabzug gibt es für die Mailflut. Ich bekam praktisch täglich zwei Mails vom Hotel und das ging irgendwie eine Woche lang so. Ich solle doch den Meldeschein online ausfüllen. Das habe ich irgendwann auch getan, nur waren die Daten beim Check-in dann nicht verarbeitet. Ich denke, eine einzige Nachricht hätte es getan!

Hôtel très confortable

Toute la partie hôtelière était parfaite. La réception est très efficace est compétente, avec même une personne qui a fait l'effort d'échanger avec nous dans un Français parfait, ce qui est rare ! Merci à cette personne. Les chambres sont très confortable, le SPA est petit mais très qualitatif, superbe séjour.

Toute la partie restauration est à revoir, le personnel n'était vraiment pas au niveau de la gamme de prix proposé. La carte est également contruite de manière à faire dépenser un maximum sans prendre en compte les envies des clients. Les softs, les bières par exemple ne sont pas affichée pour le client. Le service était également incohérent, deux personnes nous ont accueilli au début parlant un anglais parfait dont l'une indiquant quelle nous servira durant notre repas, pour finalement nous faire servir par une autre personne ne parlant que l'Allemand et n'aidant pas du tout le client pour le choix des plats. Finalement le restaurant était correct mais pas au niveau des prix, c'est dommage nous y serions allé les deux soirs où nous avions séjournés si cela était mieux fait.

Zum dritten Mal begeistert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir sind spät am Abend angereist und wurden herzlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Die Hotelmitarbeiter haben uns über das Hotel und die vorhandene Infrastruktur informiert. Als wir gegen 21:00 Uhr im Hotelrestaurant eingetroffen sind, wurden wir freundlich an einen schönen Tisch geführt. Das Restaurantpersonal war sehr höflich und herzlich im Umgang mit uns. Nachdem wir unsere Getränke und Speisen bestellt hatten, bekamen wir einen kleinen Appetithappen, der perfekt abgestimmt war! Das Essen war einfach nur PERFEKT. Wir haben die Küche mehrmals gelobt – ebenso das Serviceteam, das einen wirklich hervorragenden Job macht. Der SPA-Bereich im Hotel ist wunderschön, und man kann dort wunderbar entspannen. Genau das hat uns auch zu unserem dritten Besuch im Hotel animiert. Unser verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel Nouri war für uns sehr erholsam. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, und die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem. Alles in allem war es ein perfektes verlängertes Wochenende. Vielen Dank dafür!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, ausser dass einige Gäste im SPA-Bereich die Hotelvorgaben (laut Beschriftung an der Eingangstür) nicht beachtet haben und in der Sauna oder im Dampfbad Badebekleidung trugen, während andere Gäste nackt waren.
