This is heaven on earth! :)
At first I didn't think it was real to have all reviews so far for this place rated with the max grade of 10 but after booking and staying there, a 10 is the least I can give in return to what Virginia and her mother offer to their guests! This beautiful spacious house which became our home for a week is exactly as in the photos, has a lovely garden with a great jasmine tree at the entrance, which was one of my favourite places for a morning tea.
This is the most "fully equipped labelled" place I have booked so far - the kitchen has 4 different coffee machines for each taste (crazy right? :)), a kettle, a bread toaster, a sandwich toaster, cutlery, appliances incl a kitchen scale and space to cook and enjoy dinners, mosquito nets at each window, AC in each of the 3 bedrooms, super comfortable beds, 2 fully equipped bathrooms with all you can ask for, enough parking spots in the backyard...
And I am personally extremely thankful Virginia, for letting us stay with our Golden retriever, who felt at home and took it as a personal task to guard the house and the yard! The whole yard is closed with a fence which is another + for the owners of curious dogs :)
The house is located next to the house where the owners live, it's very close to supermarkets and Agria, Volos is ≈20 mins drive away, beautiful crystal clear beaches are also 7-30 mins drive away.
I am sure I'm missing something but would definitely save this place and make sure to visit it again!

Мы провели 10 дней в этой вилле и остались в полном восторге! Очень стильный интерьер, множество деталей. 3 стола на территории возле дома и прекрасный сад. Хозяйка проявила невероятное гостеприимство: встретила нас, подробно рассказала обо всем, что может понадобиться, и даже скинула ссылки на лучшие пляжи в округе, что очень помогло в планировании отдыха. Также всегда была на связи.
Отдельное спасибо за гид по местности – она показала ближайшие магазинчики и кафе. Также оставила презент в виде алкоголя, сладостей и выпечки. Было очень приятно!
Сама вилла превзошла все ожидания: чисто, уютно, все необходимое было под рукой: фен, порошок для стирки, сушилка для белья, даже зубная паста, ватные палочки и диски. На кухне также было всё необходимое оборудование, а также специи, масло, уксус, соль, сахар, чай и капсулы для кофемашины. Особенно приятно было наличие кондиционеров в каждой комнате и Wi-Fi – никаких неудобств!
Если ищете комфортное жилье с душевной атмосферой – однозначно рекомендую эту виллу и ее прекрасную хозяйку!
В санузле на первом этаже нет вытяжки и все выключатели включаются в разные стороны, но это не доставило больших неудобств
