Vila se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini plaže,ima veoma prostrano dvorište,lepo uređeno,sa puno hladovine i lepo održavanim zelenilom.U dvorištu je dovoljno mesta za 2 automobila,pa i pored parkiranih automobila ima još mnogo prostora za uživanje. Tu je paviljon sa velikim stolom za ručavanje i 12 stolica,velikim ventilatorom,ozidani roštilj sa mestom za odlaganje drva i ćumura,prostorom za posuđe i česmom. Posle obedovanja,u debelom hladu duda možete se odmoriti u garnituri od ratana,ili drvenoj ljuljašci. Bliže kući je tuš sa toplom vodom za one koji posle kupanja u moru žele da se istuširaju bez odlaska u kupatilo.
Ovo je opis dvorišta.
Ispred ulaza u kuću je prostrana terasa sa velikim stolom i 6 stolica sa lepim pogledom. Dnevna soba je velika, lepo uređena,sa velikim smart televizorom( ima i Netflix kanal). Ona se nastavlja u prostranu trpezariju za 6 osoba,a levo od trpezarije je prostrana,kompletna kuhinja sa manjim stolom i 4 stolice,ogromnim frižiderom, i mikrotalasnom rernom.
3 spavaće sobe,od kojih je jedna u suterenu,su sa francuskim ležajevima i relativno tvrdim dušecima. Posteljina je čista i kvalitetna i svaka soba ima dosta kvalitetnih peškira.
Sve prostorije su osvetljene mnogobrojnim sijalicama,ima puno utičnica za struju i mnogo lepih ukrasa i detalja i to skupocenih. Svi prozori imaju roletne i komarnike. Vlasnik izlazi u susret svim primedbama i zahtevima bez direktnog kontakta.
Bez obzira na primedbe koje sam dole naveo,rado bih ponovo boravio u ovoj kući sa mnogo stila i domaće atmosfere.
Sam objekat je malo zapušten. Ima sitnica koje smetaju,ali nisu presudne za ukupan utisak.
Ima dosta neispravnih sijalica,2 prelepe lampe koje ne rade,kao i oštećen komarnik na vratima 2 terase.
U kupatilu odvod u kadi propušta,pa voda ističe do pola kupatila u slivnik.
U kuhinji ne radi sudo-mašina,a u frižideru su fioke polomljene. Pojedina vrata na kuhinjskim elementima su rasklimatana i loše se zatvaraju.
Stolice na terasi su rasklimatane i prilično propale.

It was a very cute villa with a great outdoor garden bbq and eating area. Also a lovely terrace. The whole villa located on the ground level 2 bedrooms on that level and one double bedroom downstairs(basement) It has nice communal living area and kitchen. This area has cooling and a large bathroom with washing machine. It is one row away from the local beach which is ok. There are very nice beaches 5 min drive away. The host was a good communicator and accomodating.
The beds were not comfortable. There was no cooling or fans in bedrooms and one bedroom had no openable window for ventilation. There is only 1 bathroom which included the toilet. The kitchen was not clean i had to wipe out fridge. Lots of unnecessary decorative items.

Η βεράντα πολύ ωραία αλλά η τραπεζαρία της βεράντας θέλει άλλες καρέκλες διότι είχαν πρόβλημα!!
Η θάλασσα στο σημείο αυτό κοντά στην βίλα ήταν χάλια!!! Βρώμικη με φύκια και η παραλία πολύ βρώμικη!! Δεν κάναμε μπάνιο απλώς μετά το μπάνιο που πήγαιναμε μια ώρα δρόμο στην Αφησσο καθόμαστε για δροσιά.
Κρίμα πολύ διότι η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ καλή και δεν μπορούσαμε να απολαύσουμε το τοπίο που ήταν υπέροχο.
Επισης Θα έπρεπε οι κρεβατοκαμαρες να έχουν air condition.

There were six of us with a large dog (45kg). And when I say that the accommodation was really comfortable, it means that there was really plenty of space for all of us. In addition to the space, the apartment was equipped with literally everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The owner was unobtrusive, not "over your head" - you have his complete trust that you will be correct in terms of inventory, and at the same time be ready to meet your every need. The location was ideal - just a few meters from the beach, which by the way was equipped with showers, trash cans, a lifeguard. What was important to me - there was no crowd, no noise, ideal if you are looking for a truly peaceful vacation.
Everything was just as it should be.
