Θεα, μεγάλο δωματιο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και διέθετε τα βασικά για μια άνετη διαμονή (μηχανή καφέ, απαραίτητος εξοπλισμός κ.λπ.)
Δεν ενδείκνυται για χειμερινή περίοδο. Η θέρμανση ήταν ανεπαρκής, καθώς τα καλοριφέρ δεν λειτουργούσαν και υπήρχε μόνο ένα κλιματιστικό για μεγάλο χώρο με πλακάκια, που δεν επαρκούσε για να ζεστάνει το κατάλυμα. Υπήρχε τζάκι, αλλά δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά (δεν τραβούσε καλά τον καπνό) και δεν υπήρχαν αρκετά στεγνά ξύλα για χρήση. Θεωρούμε ότι είναι μια καλή επιλογή για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες, αλλά όχι για διαμονή τον χειμώνα.

Ισως θα μπορούσε να υπάρχουν κάποιες παραπάνω προμήθειες( π.χ. δεν υπήρχε ζάχαρη)

Abbiamo scelto questa casa, perché ci sembrava confortevole, non anonima ed arredata con gusto.
La pulizia era superficiale, soprattutto nel bagno dove ho dovuto ripassare il copri water e il lavandino. La doccia ha evidenti segni di muffa, manca il saliscendi per il soffione. Il mobile sotto il lavandino è molto usurato. Il sapone per le mani era stato allungato con l' acqua. Lo specchio è molto basso. C' è la muffa sulla parete accanto al letto. Il tappeto sotto il tavolo è assai consumato e arrotolato. Manca un tagliere in cucina, c' erano tacche sul mobile.
