Villa Viviana

Spacious villa, well equipped with everything needed. Less than 100 meters from beach on a quiet street. Supermarket and Taverns are also very close - about 250 meters. House has nice barbeque, kitchen is also well equipped, rooms are with old furniture but confortable.

We rented the house for 3 weeks and I expect someone to come and clean the house and change towels and bed sheets on a weekly basis. I had to ask someone to come and at least clean the bathrooms once.

The house is spacious, vintage and at a nice location, it takes a minute to get to the beach, and two minutes to get to a beach with natural shade. It has a nice yard and sitting area. The host was helpful and fast to respond to any problems and questions we had. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were okay. The internet is great, but it doesn't work in the whole house.

The house is old and wasn't cleaned in a long time. Most things are very dusty and dirty and you'll have to clean everything yourself. We didn't even use the kitchen because of how dirty and dusty the dishes are. A lot of things are old and broken. The front door couldn't be locked and we had to wait for someone to fix the door. The door for one of the bathrooms can't be closed. The water heating system is very impractical, you'll very usually have no hot water. The house is full of someones old stuff and there's little empty space for you to put your things. All shelves and drawers are full of all kinds of things - old clothes, bedsheets, photos of people, keys, documents, trash. The house is a bit spooky, you get a feeling that someone's grandpa is still creeping through the rooms and walls. There's also a spooky locked room next to one of the bathrooms and a dark, dusty attic on the top floor leading to somewhere. At least the house is a great place for telling scary stories!
