Fantastic! We will try to come back!

This house was perfect for us and our 2 children. We wanted a secluded spot (our children are rather noisy), a space for them to run freely and to experience nature. It ticked every box! We loved the outdoor fireplace and kitchen. The hostess was also delightful and we were provided with lovely local produce on our arrival including their own olive oil and homemade jams!

Special cottage in a wonderful location - top hosts - high recommended

A beautiful cottage in a great location, with a short walk to the beach and many charming details. The fridge was fully stocked, and there was cake waiting for us. A small staircase leads to the sleeping area, and the bathroom is integrated into the living space downstairs. Everything you could possibly need for two people is provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hosts are very warm and fulfill all wishes. A 100% recommendation. Visiting Volos at Christmas is also highly recommended.

Not worthy for this amount of money. Bad infrastucture or none when it comes to hot water and heating

The location

There were severe infrastructure that we had to deal with such the hot water and the heating.the former had a major delay in supply which meant that we had to wait for 15 min in order to arrive which is unacceptable for a winter home. The latter well it can be described pretty simply. This place was not designed for a winter month stay and it is only intended for summer months since there is no proper heating to deal with the winter cold. There is an a/c and a portable radiator which are both insufficient for the job. In total the amount of money that we payed for this allotment was way over the rational limit of a Place that should have all the proper facilities and cost respectively

Friendly hosts and wonderful garden

Dimitris and Sia are super friendly, generous, hospitable and hardworking hosts. Their vegetable garden is gorgeous! We were greeted with a smile and a kitchen full of treats and food and were welcomed to use the garden produce as well. We ate the best meals from the garden vegetables. We loved the outdoor area with lounge chairs, big lawn, trees and the pool and outdoor shower 🚿 the house is clean and tidy. very nicely decorated with lots of candles and many collected antique items that i wish i had in my home :) The location is super for a quick walk or bicycle ride to the beach.

The room was really not big enough for the four of us. It's great for a couple on a romantic holiday, or maybe a couple with 1 or 2 small children, but for us, two adults and two grown teenage boys, it was too tight. The toilet and shower are in the same space as the bedroom and kitchen (separated by a brick wall, but still, you could hear the person in the bathroom). The kitchen area is limited with additional working space in an outdoor kitchen, so cooking felt a bit like when we go camping. In and out with stuff all the time. Also, the house comes with a resident cat 😺, so if you are nor prepared for that, you may be surprised 🙀. The roads leading to the House are super narrow. Be ready for that. We made it in and out with an SUV but it is a challenge.

Amazing place

Extraordinary place for people who looks other experience of hospitality. The outdoor is amazing and very comfortable and the indoor is exactly what we were need. The hosts are great and they gave us all the relevant food products, some of them organic from the farm so we barely needed to go to the mini market. The swimming pool is very nice, mostly for the children.

The upper floor is little bit hot but you can open windows during night.

Very nice and cosy house with a beautiful large garden. The hosts are great and provided us plenty of supplies for a 3 day stay. Very convinient location close to Volos and Pilion. Looking forward to visit again.

Sinanis garden house is a great place for a relaxed holiday! Sia and Dimitris are lovely hosts, welcoming us with a filled fridge, fresh vegetables from the garden and tips for dinner. The place is lovely, a refreshing pool, in the house is everything you need. Recommend this place!!

A perfect place to relax, close to the sea and all the sights of Pelios.

This was easily the highlight of our trip and we didn't want to leave. The house is very cozy and has a great wrap around patio. The grounds were perfectly maintained and there were lots of nice places to relax. We enjoyed our chat with the hosts and even cooked a few vegetables from the garden. We were even surprised by a fully stocked kitchen and refrigerator. What a perfect place - we definitely plan to stay here again!

יש עניין עם המים החמים שבאים והולכים, כנראה בעיה כללית ביוון כי נתקלנו בזה גם במקומות אחרים

במתחם יש שתי יחידות אירוח מאובזרות ונוחות, ובעיקר הרבה מאד חוץ משגע. דשא עם בוסתן, בריכה קרירה וגן ירק (כשאנחנו היינו היו רק עגבניות☺️, בעלת הבית דאגה לפנק בדברים אחרים). החוץ והפנים מעוצב מקסים, ובעלי הבית מקסימים ונענים לכל צורך. מרחק 10 דקות מחוף Rivera, ונקודת מוצא נוחה לטייל בחלק המערבי של חצי האי פיליון. שימו לב שהיחידות עצמן קטנות יחסית, באחת אין חלוקה למרחב הורים/ילדים (ישנים על ספה נפתחת- לנו זה לא הפריע). ובשנייה יש שתי קומות אבל אין כל כך מרחב משחק בפנים, אם כי החוץ עונה על הצורך. כדאי לשקול להזמין את שתיהן למשפחות עם ילדים גדולים, או יחד שתי משפחות, להנות באופן מלא ממרחב החוץ.
