BRILLIANT HOUSE

Erika our hostess was wonderful and her house is as it is called "Brilliant". Location is very good, we didn't use our car while visiting Volos as everything is near by. The beds were very comfortable, kids loved that they had their own space, the balcony super big, kitchen fully equipped.

Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, φωτεινό και πολύ καθαρό. Επίσης μας κράτησε η κυρία Έρρικα θέση στάθμευσης μπροστά στο σπίτι και έδωσε στα παιδιά παιχνίδια που τα τίμησαν δεόντως!! Ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία.

Местоположението е страхотно! Пешеходно близо до центъра на града, удобно за вечерни разходки! Имате паркомясто пред самият апартамент! Леглата са много удобни, просторно и разбира се-уникална тераса за прохладни следобеди и вечери! Ще се видим Отново!

The apartment is really great, spacious, fully equipped, with a best balcony in town 😉 Beds are highly comfortable, a/c devices in all rooms, so the heat is not a problem at all. Our host, Errika is a very pleasant lady, always at disposal. You could park in front of the building, which is fantastic. Volos center is 5’ far if you go by car (download “novoville” app, so you could pay the parking - it is not that hard to find the spot) or 10’ by foot. Nice town with a cool night vibe. In the mornings, our recommendation is Spill the Beans, great coffee! Forget about swimming, i.e. beaches which are close and go to Costa Kali, Rivera or at the Big Fish beach bar (20-35’). Buy olive oil at Olive Mill Voliotis Family. Vast value for money, literally!! The mountain is impressive. Dedicate one day to visit the other side, Papa Nero beach, although the journey is not that easy, as there are a number of curves, angles etc. The highest altitude of the road is at around 1200m (top peak at 1600), great nature, forest, ski lift, fairytale village Drakeia. It was our first trip to that part of Greece and as you see, overall experience is, in one word, special.
