Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, ειδικά για όσους θέλουν να είναι κοντά στα χωριά του Πηλίου. Το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο με τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες και πολύ άνετο σαλόνι με τζάκι. Ο κήπος είναι υπέροχος. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι εξαιρετικός και έχει δύο μεγάλα σκυλιά τα οποία έχει σε περιφραγμένο χώρο.
Το κατάλυμα είναι όπως δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες με ξεπερασμένη επίπλωση. Σίγουρα χρήζει ανακαίνισης. Εξαιτίας των παλιών επίπλων δεν μπορεί να είναι ή να φαίνεται αρκετά καθαρό.
Η περιοχή είναι εκτός του κέντρου του Βόλου. Όλα τα σπίτια έχουν μεγάλους κήπους και σκυλιά. Υπάρχει περίπτωση τα γαβγίσματα να γίνονται ενίοτε ενοχλητικά, ειδικά το βράδυ.

Απλά είναι ένας υπέροχος χώρος, μέσα-έξω, μια υπερπλήρης, τεράστια και καλοδιατηρημένη εξοχική κατοικία, ιδιαίτερης διακόσμησης, με τζάκι και γενικότερα ένα ζεστό, cozi περιβάλλον που σε κερδίζει αμέσως! Εκτός από την φανταστική θέα λόγω υψομέτρου, τόσο προς Πήλιο, όσο και προς την πόλη του Βόλου. τον καλοφροντισμένο κήπο με το πέτρινο barbeque και πολλές άλλα, η όλη στάση του ιδιοκτήτη απέναντι μας ήταν εξαιρετική!
Για να είμαι ειλικρινής, αυτή τη στιγμή δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ κάτι σχετικά με το σπίτι που δεν μου άρεσε.... Ίσως που δεν είχε κοντά καφέ ή μινι μάρκετ για τα έκτακτα.

Pleasant location, with a distant view of the city of Volos, the port, and the sea.
Generous terraces, traditional spaces, and complete amenities made the moments spent at the location delightful—a beautiful house. The host was kind and available.
We will remember our stay there as we had our Wedding ceremony in the beautiful stone paved space which is also appropriate for small events (see photos).
We will definitely come back! We recommend it!

Πεντακάθαρο,ευρύχωρο (γκρουπ 7 ατόμων), ακριβώς έξω από το ευρύτερο κέντρο του Βόλου. Τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση.
